Dancing With The Stars ~ U.S. Season 20 Episode 13

The announcer welcomes us to the Finals for Dancing With The Stars. Noah and Sharna, Riker and Allison, and Rumer and Val are introduced. Tom welcomes us to the Finals for Dancing With The Stars. Erin says, tonight is the last night to vote for the couple you want to win the Finals. All the couples get to dance a routine again for the audience.

 

Noah and Sharna have chosen to dance the Argentine Tango. We see highlights and practice sessions for them. They dance to Rather Be by Clean Bandit Featuring Jess Glynne. Len says, this is going to be a really, really tight final. He says, don't moan if you don't phone. He says, there was an improvement overall, but the last lift was a little shaky. Julianne says, this time felt a lot easier, and there was a little bit of a flub, and he still has another dance. Bruno says, his performance has grown since the beginning. He says, the beginning of the dance was the best he's ever done, but the nerves get to you in the finals. He tells him he still has the freestyle to go, and it will be an epic night tonight. Carrie Ann says, it was really hard for her to watch. She says, you could see the nerves in the dance, but she knows the incredible survivor and champion are in there. She tells him to bring them out in the freestyle.

 

They head to the sky box for their results. Tom tells everyone they get 5 votes tonight, and to get the votes in. Erin says, going first in the finals is no joke. Noah says, it got in his head, and he worried about it. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 8, Len - 8, Julianne - 8, and Bruno - 8, for a total of 32. Erin recaps what Julianne says. Sharna tells Noah to get his head in the game, and it's not how you start, it's how you finish. Tom says, nothing like live T.V. He says, it's jam-packed for the hour.

 

Tom welcomes us back to the Finals for tonight's Dancing With The Stars. Riker and Allison are going to dance the Paso Doble tonight. We see highlights and practice sessions for them. They dance to He's a Pirate by Klaus Badelt. Tom says, Johnny Depp eat your heart out, and laughs. Julianne says, she's so glad. Len interrupts her by standing up and clapping, and the audience does again as well. Julianne finishes by saying, she's so glad they he did the dance again. She says, last time they did this dance there was a little flub. Bruno says, he never lost anything, and he gave them a treasure trove of content. He says, it was absolutely perfect. Carrie Ann says, it just got really exciting here. She says, this is proving to them again that they are worthy of being in the finals. Len says, it was flamboyant, and epic.

 

They head to the sky box for their results. Erin tells Captain Jack to get over there, and then says, the Bachelor and Captain Jack reunite. Riker talks in an accent, and tells how great he felt to do that dance. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Len - 10, Julianne - 10, and Bruno - 10, for a total of 40. Erin ask if he has to lose the accent for the freestyle, and he says, she'll just have to see. Tom says, two dances down and one to go for the first round, after we return, live.

 

Tom welcomes us back to the Finals when we return to the ballroom. He says, Rumer and Val are going to dance the Foxtrot tonight. We see highlights and practice sessions for them. They dance to Take Me To Church by Hozier. Bruno says, absolutely pure ballroom bliss. He says, she may come from Hollywood royalty, but on her own merit she is now dancing royalty. Carrie Ann says, it was poetry in motion, and it was absolutely beautiful. Len says, on week one he said it could be hers to win, and nothing has changed, except her dancing has gotten much better. Julianne says, she came out a little bit tinted the first time, and tonight was flawless.

 

They head to the sky box for their scores. Erin tells Rumer the best part of that routine were the smiles. Rumer says, it was so much fun to do the first dance she did as her last dance. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Len - 10, Julianne - 10, and Bruno - 10, for a total of 40. Erin says, they join Riker and Allison with a perfect score tonight. Erin says, her dad, Bruce Willis, is in tears in the audience. Tom says, that's it for the first round. He says, the freestyle could change everything, and it has in the past.

 

We come back to the ballroom with all three couple on the walkway. Tom welcomes us back, and says, that none of the remaining pros have ever won before, so it will be their first. We see highlights for Noah and Sharna's freestyle dance. They dance to Titanium by Davied Guetta Featuring Sia.

 

Tom calls them over to him, and the audience is on their feet, and in tears. All of the judges are on their feet as well, and everyone continues to applaud them. Len says, it's been all about the journey, and his has been the hardest and longest. He says, that was amazing. Julianne says, you know me, I like to do a little crying here, but I'm not going to do that here. It's about a celebration, and that's what it was. She says, she's never seen anything so whole, and it was beautiful. Bruno says, he was speaking to everyone from his heart. He says, the choreography was absolutely amazing. Carrie Ann says, it's beyond words how amazing that was. She says, it was incredible and fabulous. Tom says, to have a rocky first dance, and to come back like they did is incredible. Tom says, we will get their scores when we come back, live. Noah goes to the audience to hug his family that is there.

 

Erin welcomes us back to the finals, and tells Red Foo she's sorry, but they are in the middle of a Finale. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Len - 10, Julianne - 10, and Bruno - 10, for a total of 40. Erin asks Noah what the ending pose and the entire dance mean to him? He says, his mom is out there, and she's been there since the beginning. He's so happy to have everyone cheering him on, and he's so happy to be there.

 

Riker and Allison are next. We see the highlights and practice sessions for their freestyle. They dance to I Won't Dance by Fred Astaire. The entire audience is on their feet for them. Tom tells them to come by him, because they are trying to beat the clock. He says, Bravo. Julianne says, we are tight on time, and we have a tight competition, holy cow. She says, that is a true freestyle if she's ever seen one. Bruno says, that's like watching Fred Astaire repackaged for a new generation. Carrie Ann says, he pulled a strike for his generation. Len says, he brought the past into the present, well done. Tom says, the 2 hour finale starts at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT tomorrow.

 

They go to the sky box for their scores. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Len - 10, Julianne - 10, and Bruno - 10, for a total of 40. Erin says, an absolutely perfect night tonight. She asks Riker why he wants to win the mirror ball trophy? Riker says, they continue to raise the bar, and do harder dances. He says it would be the absolute coolest thing to win the mirror ball. Erin says, he is cool. Tom says, there is one more freestyle to go after this, live.

 

Tom says, we're back for the finals, and the final freestyle dance for this competition. Rumer and Val will dance their freestyle next. We see highlights and practice sessions for them. They dance to Toxic by Britney Spears. The audience is on their feet for them. Tom tells Val, good call by the way, good call. Bruno says, it was perfect. He says, every move, every intention, the intensity is unbelievable. Carrie Ann says, this night is off the charts, and the freestyles are on fire. She says, as a judge she looks at many things, and when she watches her, she watches her just as a dancer. Len says, take a chance, and just dance. He says, no group of people, and it's great, well done. Julianne says, her journey has always been about showing her vulnerable side. She says, tonight it showed both of them together.

 

Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Len - 10, Julianne - 10, and Bruno - 10, for a total of 40. Tom says, look at this competition, no one can win without the viewers voting. They recap the numbers to call for votes. Tom says, that's it for the Finals. Rumer and Val and Riker and Allison are tied at the top of the leader board, with Noah and Sharna at the bottom. Tom says, the season premier of The Bachelorette starts right now, and there will be a twist this season. He says, goodnight, and we'll see you tomorrow.
