  1. Yeah, Zuba, or something. Anyway, it ought to get the 'stupid baby names' thread bumped.
  2. Oh, I knew you guys wouldn't disappoint me! I second I saw Julies pants, I thought -- now someone at Morty's is going to have something to say about them! Was Julie having an 80's flashback or something? Some things should NEVER come back in style!
  3. To those of you who watch the live feeds -- do these guys ever talk about anything besides the game? Do they have any genuine interest in each other, other than to trash talk behind each other's backs? I know you gotta play the game, but I thought part of this adventure was to experience meeting different people. Maybe getting to know yourself a little bit better in the process. I don't know-- maybe that just makes for bad TV. But I always enjoyed watching relationships develop. Not just the 'hook-ups , but people forming an actual bond. Maybe the fact they everyone this season already knew someone going in, they don't feel the need to try to make a real friend. Ok -- Psych. 101 lecture over.... for now! 8)
  4. I never quite understand all the heavy emotion and anger at these nominating ceremonies. I can understand being disappointed, but some of these reactions are over the top! SOMEONE has to be nominated. Why do they have this 'WHY ME!!" attitude? Kaysar thought this through, and did not base his nominations on who he disliked the most, but by how he thought it best to play the game. Key words here -- PLAY THE GAME!!! These people have been so freakin juvenile in this house. There are the tattle tales, running all over, spreading gossip, rumors and lies. I'm so glad things have been shaken up, and I hope they continue to be. But I wonder what the wrap party will be like. It'll make me puke if they come back and say that they really all love each other....
  5. Why would so any of them want to be part of 'that group'? Don't they realize that it's too big? That pretty soon, if 'the group' has their way, they will be the only ones left, and will have to start picking off each other? There has got to be some smart enough to realize this, and break away from 'the group' and form a new one. And they need to do it, before all potential members of this alliance are evicted!
  6. I always thought the most fun thing about this show was coming here and complaining about it! I'm really not proud of how much time I spend here, and that I even watch the show. I don't have the feeds, but do read most of the updates. Hating the houseguests ( and I don't think most of us hate them, in the true sense of the word) is part of the fun. And it does not equal hating the show.
  7. I think I could take the almost hypnotic following of this guy if there were talk behind his back about how they need to take him out, first chance they get. But from what I have read, there's not even one little squeak of discontent among his people. Only among those already marked for execution. This is giving me flashbacks of Survivor All Stars when everyone so blindly followed Rob. I kept thinking then too, that there had to be a mutiny brewing behind the scenes. But here at BB, there is no 'behind he scenes'. If his people were plotting to overthrow him, we would hear about it, wouldn't we??? Any hope they are getting sick of him?
  8. Thanks huntergreen! But I doubt if I could hold my own with these pros! Everyone you guys have suggested would make great houseguests! It would probably be the most diverse, interesting cast EVER!! Probably the best looking too!
  9. You guys are so much more interesting than the people they have in the house. Don't you think this game could be taken to a new level, if filled with BB junkies, like so many of us are? Who are some of your favorite posters here, and who would you like to see trapped in the BB house together? -- I don't have the live feeds, and other years I used to devour the updates. The people posting the updates are doing a great job, but there is nothing going on in that house that interests me. Uber-boring, this season! Just thought this might be fun, take our minds of those idiots in the house, and focus on our wonderful selves!
  10. I think what we alll want to see is just a more diverse cast. A more interesting cast. What I am missing is a person with a great sense of humor. Someone who has a sharp wit, not someone just acting like a moron to get laughs. Would any of you want to spend any amount of time with these people? :?
  11. lmao nursie!!! Do you suppose it damages mens' self esteem, because while they can never see enough boobies, most of us women really don't want to see their junk. Don't get me wrong, I love seening a great looking guy shirtless, in some jeans or nice boxers, but you can keep the complete exposure, and the banana hammocks!
  12. I don't know-- I still think it's overkill on the young hotties. It seems that anyone under 30 has a really distorted view of what people are like in their 40's , 50's and beyond. Was it Rachel, when she said she was 30-something-- so many gushed --"oh you don't look it !!" For crying out loud, what do they think is going to happen to them after they pass 30? I am 41 -- take no medication, have never used ben-gay, and enjoy and can talk about sex as much as anyone in their 20's. But I can talk about other things too. As can most people my age, and beyond. We can also party and be sexy too. I have nothing against the young hot eye candy. But I really don't think everyone needs to be that way.
  13. Ok, all you guys with the live feeds, and to everyone who reads every bit of info here at morty's --- are the people who are just watching the tv show getting an accurate portrayal of the houseguests as they really are in the house?
  14. Big Brother is not wholesome family entertainment. It never has been. In the beginning it might have been acceptable for kids to watch. But, the antics of the houseguests, the general raunchy direction the show has taken really does make it adult entertainment. And yes, I do find it entertaining, but I don't pop popcorn, and gather the family to watch! Thankfully, the kids have no interest in the show and wonder what is wrong with me, because I do. But I always thought if you had the feeds, you could see nudity, if they were willing to show it. So they censor it? Have they always?
  15. I feel so left out! I don't have the feeds. You guys already know the houseguests so well, and all I have seen is one little show. Thank goodness for the updates, and all the info. on this forum. It will be fun to see how everyone is portrayed on the show, compared to how everyone here sees them. I feel like I need to go study the updates now, to keep up with tonight's show!
  16. Ha any of that ever happened? Have they ever caught anyone eating forbidden food? Trying to cover up a camera, or microphone?
  17. I think that would be so cool. I hope it's true and none of the houseguests suspect. As for not needing a passport, you don't need one to go to Mexico anyway, do you? But, anyway -- I would love it if the jurors at least had access to the live feeds. What better way to see your former housemates true colors? If I was a juror, nothing would make me madder than to feel like I'd been duped. I know that's part of the game, but I would love to see the finalists faces, when they find out that their true colors have been exposed. The jury could make it's decision based on how people actually played, and not how they wanted to be perceived. Love it!!!
  18. I'm with AFL fan. I bathroom! Although this time, HOH does have it's own facilities. That is a major improvement. I would imagine there is almost a constant line for the bathroom, with that many people. I would want plenty of air freshener -- I'm sure it never gets a long enough break to freshen up naturally.
  19. So, the first few years' houseguest are free to say whatever they want now? I'm surprised there haven't been any 'tell all' interviews, or anything like that Those first couple of years, the show seemed a little more genuine -- meaning more of a real slice of life, and without all the twists, a little less manipulated by the producers. So, maybe there's really no 'behind the scenes' dirt to sell.

I totally agree about the editting. I think they want people to play certain roles, and they make sure the editting reflects that. That's one of the reasons I love coming here. Even though I don't have the live feeds, I can come here and get updates, and comments from so many that do. It's my way to peak behind the scenes. I really wish Survivor had something like this too.
  21. Would you rather be cook, or housekeeper? It seems that a lot of these houseguests are lacking in the basic 'pick up after yourself' skills. I would think, with the lack of things to do at the house, that they would at least want to keep the place neat and clean. I know, housework itself is boring, but better than laying around looking at everyone's filth. I assume they give them plenty of cleaning supplies? I know I would want to give that bathroom a good scrubbing down at least every day! Think that would keep me around long? lol

Wll, plenty of trash came out of her mouth, that's for sure. Some entertaining, some not. But it was her actual voice that made it hard for me to stomach her. Geez, what an awful scratchy, cracking voice she has. Ohhhhh my achin' ears!!!

They have blown the whole concept of 'complete strangers' before, when they did the 'X' and 'DNA' factors. I guess you can break the rules, or stretch the meaning of the basic concept of the game, as long as it is done in the form of a 'twist'. But I agree-- if they are going to bring back previous houseguests, it should be in an all-star form. Not just a few pop up here and there. I also love the idea of fan input for the all-stars. Seems like that's a no-brainer to me. Who better to pick them, than the fans who watch? 8)
  24. I think they would do much better casting this show, if they stuck to real people, with jobs outside the entertainment industry. Put on people who really want to be on the show and play the game. Not people who look at BB as a stepping stone to bigger and better things. I don't like it when there is such an overwhelming number of young singles. But I also wouldn't like it if it were a bunch of old marrieds either. It shouldn't be that tough, should it? Just mix it up a little!
