I was wondering if the person who has the next hoh will be allowed to compete for it next time when they are down to three people? If they can't , wouldn't it make sense for Janelle to throw the next one, so she can hopefully stay in by getting POV and still try for the next HOH? Just wondering what the rules were on this one.
