In defense of Angie, I think she was referring to the statement "You want to give money to someone just because they're (very slightly) famous? Wow. Okay, it's your money to blow. Go for it." as lacking class, not the one you quoted. Only she can confirm that though. I think it was more lacking sensitivity than class.

I agree with you that Britney appears to have more resources at her disposal than many mothers facing this kind of situation and the money might be better served going to St. Jude.

Thank you and you are correct. The classless remarks about giving to asick baby are sad. I also give to big charities, but the point I was saying was that there is a benefit of giving to the individual as well because ALL the money gets to them and not a percentage spread around.

OMGosh once again people take things out of context and think I am referring to something or someone I am not!! Glad this is the last day. I enjoyed the live feeds and sometimes rational discussions, but just like anything, it only takes a few to ruin the whole thing.

And while general large charity groups are nice, only a percentage of your money actually gets to the patients. That is why I prefer to give directly to individuals ( whether it be friends, family, friends of friends, or even to someone that we admired for a couple seasons on BB). But to each their own, just wish people would remember an innocent child is sick and show a little class, but some just don't have any so that is probably too much to ask.

If you go to that link, that's where they'll show them on the CBS site. I assume that will be just like the live feeds. It won't be on television.

BTW there may be more websites that have live backyard interviews but I haven't seen any others yet. When or if I do I'll post them.

I have participated in St. Baldrick for several years as a shavee, and as a woman that is not easy, but that doesn't mean I didnt send some into this cause as well. i try to help out personal and general cases as I can. I am glad people are donating to whatever they feel is best to honor little Tilly.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of someone using their fame to raise money for themselves. Better they used it to raise money for a worthy cause that benefits many people, not just the famous.

i was watching it ,too..the three most disgusting people ever ..i had to turn it off they are ALL lying about sexual thigs ( fatboy and ratboy) and about the bed-flipping incident ..and gm is constantly lying about that..she's so jealous of Candice it's pathetic..she has such a fall ahead of her ...no job ..people hate her..and Nick is not her prince charming..she seriously needs therapy

I'm watching it on ustream and can report that it's BORING. It's half way through and has only been re-hashing what was shown earlier as the F3 talk around the table while eating their brunch. Very lame.

Yes and unless you have "cancer" insurance most of it is not covered. I am sure there are millions of kids that need help and our family tries to support any that we hear need help when we can. It's what you do.

Someone should start a fundraiser on Indiego or somewhere to help with medical expenses.
