People hate his creepy tattoos, he is a hypocrite to the nth degree, and he seems to be Allison Grodners boy this year as the CBS show has really portrayed him much different light than the rest of us have seen him on the feeds and the After Dark. I personally do not like him at all, oh and he did gay porn movies before BB, but that has nothing to do with why I do not like him. I think he is a phony thru and thru, he says one thing when he is winning and then when he is on the block he pouts and whines, he thinks that every one in the house should play the BB game in a certain way, his way, the way he precieves it should be played, and lord help you if you are nice to his face and then talk behind his back, then he will give you a tirade like he did Sheila. I do not buy that he was bicycling across america or around the world to do good things, I think he was biking because he had no where to go and it was a means to an end and might garner him some money and noteriety along the way. Someone found him ini a bar and put him on BB, so now he has 3 squares a day (unless on slop) a bed to sleep in, and people to talk to, and the chance to win 500 g's, but I find him incredably ungrateful for that and very self important and preoccupied with the importance of playing BB the RIGHT WAY,whatever that is,lol hey he has some fans and that is fine too , to each his own, I just think he talks out of both sides of his mouth and is a whiney, this is all about me baby. He made the remark that he missed his friends and I thought, "Why? You bike across America. How many friends could you have associated with?" I do agree that the show seems to manipulate James' persona a bit for the CBS show and other hg's are creating different personas for themselves. Sharon kind of cracks me up in the DR! Suddenly she comes alive and I think that is the real her. Sheila tries to be this soft spoken caring mom in the DR when she's a loud obnoxious twit outside of that room. And Natalie......oh jeez......her DR's give me nightmares about demented clowns chasing me. As for the gay porn thing, I read about it (with no pics) and then watched BBAD to see if I could guess which HG it was and then I got hooked. By the way, I guessed the wrong HG. oops! ranjake Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 i don't know fatcat. with all due respect, everything you said about james could relate to almost anyone else in the house. if you substitute the "gay porn" for "stripper" or "did lots of nude roles in movies"(sheila). i know lots of people don't like james. i think it has more to do with his look. like "omg that's out there with my kids"!!! on the hypocrite scale, and even the cocky scale in the big brother8 house, i'd put james in the middle. There are others that I could also quote that have made a comment I agree with, but would take up to much space. And of course for those I don't agree with, I respect your opinion on that. I rarely walk with the masses. I went HG, by HG replying today and...well, I came out that as it stand right now James, is my choice to win BB9. I don't care about his past, his ass, or his tatoo's, or his personal life as to who he is or what he does, I care about the fact that for the past four weeks he has been the one to entertained me the most, made me root for him the most, has played with his heart exposed (and a few other parts) so GO JAMEY BOY show those others how this game is played, if you go out this week do it in style..... NOt sure, and the one on his bun, I do believe he thinks he is a very important person like God, the one I hate the most is the priest one, and that silly bow on his collar bone, hate it. I just don't think it's as simple as "God my ass." As far as I know, he's not articulated himself in reference to what they mean or how he feels about God/religion. I'm not basing my opinion on him because of them. (There's so many other reasons to like or or dislike him, imo.) For me, the bottom line, none of know what they mean. I guess that's how "art" (I use the term loosely) is though... both of us see the same thing and my perception is different than yours. First time I've personally heard him mention God was today and it wasn't at all derogatory. But, I'm sure it's possible I've missed many of convo so, if someone else has "the goods" please share...
