If you are adding personal comments, please keep them to a minimum and use brackets [personal comment]around the text.

Remember your time zones. Big Brother Time (BBT) is West Coast Standard Time (See Map Here).

Please be careful in identifying who is speaking, and do not use confusing abbreviations. We may have several HGs with names which start with the same letter.

Try to be consistent with abbreviations, like:

Indoor Lock Down (ILD)
Outdoor Lock Down (OLD)
Head of House Room (HOHR)
Storage Room (SR)

and let's just call the gym, GYM

Please feel free to post info for other updaters to let them know how long you can update, or when you're taking a break and you want someone else to take over.

From Roachie: Live Feed Sneak Peek

2:01pm BBT Shannon, Omarosa, Mark, and James primp in WA.  Brandi and Ross are cooking chicken in KT.  Omarosa and Mark are in the WA reflecting about Gary Busey and Gene Simmons on Apprentice and that it was before the sexual harassment movement.  Shannon reminds her crew that live feeds are possible up and warns them to watch what they say. [Clearly the HG were told about the Sneak Peeks. -- Morty]

2:05pm BBT Ariadna is doing Marissa's makeup in HOHR when Shannon enters.  Ariadna is also in HoHR with ice packs her knees.  Metta joins them.  Omarosa and James are in the BR;  James is drying hair while on his knees.  Ross and Brandi eating lunch in SEL.  James joins them. 

2:10pm BBT Metta goes to the gym for a workout.  Shannon explains that she wears the hats to support her charity organizations.  Omarosa is roaming room to room looking for Shannon - Mark tells her to look in HoHR.
