Uh, no. Using your "logic" (coughdumbasscough) every election with a popular vote (as opposed to an electoral college or other "representative quantifier - I'll wait for you to look up the big words...) would have to include every single member of the entire population for that office's jurisdiction. For presidential elections, then, according to you, a candidate can only win the popular vote if every single American citzen was also a candidate.

I realize no one takes this maroon seriously and his only real value (here or anywhere) is the sheer amusement and the cheap superiority bump he adds to anyone's ego (and that is a really low standard of superiority, but for some it's the only sense of superiority they'll ever have, so...), still, all the amusement and comparitive value aside, isn't it kind of scary that someone this incredibly ignorant and delusional is still in the gene pool? Proof positive the body can survive without a brain.
