Basically though BB2 and Ultimate BB winner Brian Dowling has been named as Davina's replacement.  Most people agree housemates don't make a good host - and most people agree Brian certainly doesn't.   Emma Willis, breakout star of BBLB last year and fans favourite for the job, gets a new spin-off calls BB's Bit on the Side.   Marcus Bentley remains as narrator (unfortunately), as does the theme tune (which IMO is now feeling it's age), but the eye has been changed.  Think Clipart circa 1996.



Starts on Aug 17th with a Celebrity version, with a full series following immediately afterwards.

I cannot wait for BBUK to start. Just wish Davinna was coming back as the host. Ive always enjoyed BBUK and BBAUS more then the USA version.

Ive been saying this for years that BB US should take tips from BBUK and BBAus. Their BB is so much better then US. I am abit behind on BB Uk at the moment. I am only up to Amy and Jedward getting married...lol me thinks they might have been a bit bored that night..ha-ha

I'm really liking Paddy. But what is with Tara Reid? The pharaoh guy helps her up, gives her the musical chairs and then picks her as the winner. She supposedly cooked the best fish but it seemed to me that other teams did better. She spits out the garlic smoothie without swallowing and she wins the movie pass. IMO she is just looney tunes.

Holy cow!!  I didn't even realizes there was a BBUK forum here at Morty's!!

I watched the Celebrity BBUK that just ended and that was my first time seeing a non-American BB.  Now, I'm watching the regular season of BBUK.

When I first realized how different it is than the BBUS, I thought it would be boring (no big competitions, no talking about nominations, public voting) but it has been completely enjoyable!  BBUS should totally take note!!

I've been watching BBUK and BBAus for a few years now and they are way better then the USA version. Aus was taken off the air and so was UK glad they put one of them back on.
