Peter MacNicol has joined the cast of Grey's Anatomy for a multi-episode arc, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Grey's Anatomy: Are babies in the Future for Callie and Arizona?

MacNicol, who starred in Ally McBeal, Numb3rs and 24, will play Dr. Stark, a pediatrics attending who will be working closely with Alex (Justin Chambers).

The 56-year-old actor will pop in during sweeps for at least two episodes.

I remember him from some other older show, but I can't remember what - guess it's off to Google for me.

AHA- He was in Chicago Hope.  That's where I remember him from.

Loved him in Ally McBeal.   Hope they make him quirky like that character.   I'd love to see him to revive the Barry White dance.

Yeah, I noticed that.   He's nothing like the loveable "Biscuit" he was in Ally McBeal.   I'd like to see Karev kick his ass.
