HONOLULU -- A charge of driving under the influence could complicate the career of a cast member of the hit television series "Lost."
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office says Michelle Rodriguez could have violated terms of her probation when she was charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant last week.
Rodriguez pleaded no contest in June of last year to three misdemeanors -- hit and run, drunken driving and driving with a suspended license.
She completed a three-month alcohol program and is now serving a three-year probation term.
Frank Mateljan is with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
He said a judge would determine if Rodriguez violated her probation. If so, she could face a maximum of a year-and-a-half in jail.
Rodriguez -- who plays Ana Lucia -- and Cynthia Watros -- who portrays Libby -- were arrested in separate cars within 15 minutes of each other in Kailua.
The two were spotted weaving on Pali Highway and later failed field sobriety tests.
Dang...I wanted to get their mugshot photos on my reply, but obviously don't know how. Sorry.
