68th Annual Golden Globe Nominations

"The King's Speech" made good with the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn., as the picture earned seven Golden Globes nominations the most of any other film including for best picture drama, director, actor, screenplay, score and supporting actor and actress mentions. The HFPA unveiled its nominations for the 68th Annual Golden Globes ceremony. NBC will air the Golden Globes ceremony from 5-8 p.m. PT on January 16. Ricky Gervais will host for the second consecutive year.

"The Social Network" and "The Fighter" garnered six nominations each, both of which also landed in the best picture drama and director categories. A trio of films followed with four mentions: "Black Swan," "Inception" and "The Kids Are All Right," which received the most nods of any musical-comedy film, including for best picture in that category. "Black Swan" and "Inception" rounded out the picture-drama and director categories, with nods in both.
