Tormented by the memory of his band and the fading of his once bright star, Gavin begins a downward spiral of denial, delusion, and self-medication. His only chance at redemption rests in the people he's screwed and the bridges he's burned. Gavin's plan? To form a new band and rule the world.

Coach's 'Survivor' Exit Interview

Benjamin "Coach" Wade became the latest victim to succumb to the chaos in his tribe on Thursday night's episode of 'Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains,' as the once formidable Villains lost even more ground to the reinvigorated Heroes.

The Villains had a tough time re-grouping after last week's ouster of 'Boston' Rob Mariano and, after a "bowling for carbs" reward saw the heroes win their third straight challenge -- and chow down on pizza galore -- morale dipped even lower.

Back at Villain central, as per usual, people began jockeying for position. Scheming Sandra Diaz-Twine hatched a plan to save her -- and fellow weak link, Courtney Yates -- "I'll be like, 'Hey Russell, Coach wants you gone.' And I'll bet that Russell [Hanz] will believe me and get rid of Coach," Sandra plotted.

Sounded good on paper but a disastrous performance by Courtney in the mud-gets-in-your-eye obstacle course immunity challenge stoked a tribe-wide indecision about the vote that came down to the wire. And, when push came to shove, Russell opted to keep Coach -- but it was too late. The Dragon Slayer was ousted by a margin of 4:3 and became the first member of the jury.

"I'm probably more pissed off than I've been in a number of years," a shocked Coach said to the camera on the way out. "I'm not a very vindictive person, but I hope they get wiped off the face of the map." Yikes. Those are fighting words.

But, does the self-aggrandizing symphony conductor/women's soccer coach still feel that way? Only one way to find out ... let's ask.

Ok, Coach. You, understandably, had some harsh words for your tribemates after getting axed. Was that just the anger of the moment talking or do you still harbor resentment?

I'm ashamed of myself. [Laughs] It was almost like I was so in shock that the tribe would continue to sabotage themselves. I'm not the type to get mad and I laughed out loud when I saw my self say that last night. I have a great-amount of respect for the players on my tribe and I don't harbor any ill will -- if I did, I'd be less of a man.

Going into Tribal, you asked Russell, "Any funny stuff going on?" He denied that anything was askew. Why did you believe him so readily?

Replaying that scene over in my mind, I remember him saying 'everything's still cool,' and I told him that I was going to vote for who I said I'd vote for. I got a little feeling then, but when someone gives me their word as a Christian man, I believe them. I was gullible. Some players in this game play on people's weaknesses and just tell them they want to hear. My mind doesn't work like that -- it's not worth it. Even though this is just a show, it's also four months of our lives and the game has a lasting impact.

Even though your tribe lost, you seemed to be a pretty good bowler -- had the form down pat. Do you hit the lanes with any regularity?

[Laughs] I totally got hosed on that! Amanda nicked her pin and two fell! Glad you liked my form, as Carlos Casteneda once said, "A warrior acts as if he knows what he is doing, when in effect he knows nothing." And one of my favorite movies is 'The Big Lebowski' so maybe that's how I picked it up. I'm actually in a bowling league now!

You became the first member of the jury. What are we going to see happen on 'The Ponderosa' (on CBS.com) this season?

I think that the videos are pretty entertaining and not just because I'm in them. When I got voted off on 'Tocantins' I had a hard time there so this time I wanted to make myself the "Protector of the Ponderosa" (P.O.P.)

This man is so disillusioned. It is what bothered me last time, and yes he did tone it down, but that doesn't mean it doesn't still exist. Just because he didn't tell us he was captured by pygmies this time doesn't mean he doesn't still believe it.

Ol Jer wants Coach to impale her dragon ** eyebrow wigglies **

He'll have no influence over the rest of the jury. Nice guy but viewed as an valueless crackpot.

I really liked him this time around and thought he and Jeri made sense hook up wise but I wish he would have stuck with Rob and not listened to her about siding with Russ.
