This time it's a quitter... We already know that one Survivor quit the day before the game started her name is Mellisa McNutly and it seems that by episode 4 we have another quitter... The name is

Gary Stritesky

... The first person to be exciled is supposed to be

Sylvia Kwan

Take these as you will... It's all I can really find... Sorry...

Here's something I found over on TDT...

"And he may not be as strong as Rocky or Mookie or Boo or Alex or Edgardo, all these guys we haven't talked about. We have some really strong guys. This is definitely a season dominated by strong guys in their late twenties, early thirties."

Here's some stuff I found on Survivor Phoenix...

"And he may not be as strong as Rocky or Mookie or Boo or Alex or Edgardo, all these guys we haven't talked about. We have some really strong guys. This is definitely a season dominated by strong guys in their late twenties, early thirties."

What's that, no double boot?

That's right. As previously noted, we misinterpreted some information which was originally sent to us. In the past, a winning tribe has only lost a player in a double boot scenario. This season, a tribe will lose a player after winning a challenge when faced with an ethical dilemma: switch camps or lose a player.

Hint: a tribe already up by three players would not readily give up its perceived advantage.

Tribal Switch

When the players won't take matters into their own hands to switch things up, producers will do it for them. With six players gone, it's time to mix it up and get some Moto players to experience the hard life. The last player standing after the pick'em will go to Exile Island, much as Sylvia did in the initial episode.

Hint: one woman and five men switch tribes; the exiled player is in the minority.

Location! Location! Location! Strength will have no power over the hex of the Ravu camp. The same tribe has to face Tribal Council, but this boot will be a first: a man is finally voted out of the game.

Boot Order:

First boot: Jessica

Leave Early: Jessica, Erica, Sylvia, Rita

Mid-Jury: Michelle

Late in Game: Dre, Cassandra, Yau-Man, Earl

F3: black dude (probably Earl?) (micknrc)

Reported weight loss:

Boo: 30+ pounds (jessica has spoken)

Michelle: 10-15 pounds

Game Play:

Moto (Haves) have a win streak

No water challenges, though some challenges built over water

Tribal Switch before merge

Jury is 9 and Final TC includes F3 players

Controversy which happens late in game affects final outcome

Exile Island/Hidden Immunity Idols:

All exiled players interact with snakes; Probst indicated in Press Conference that we would see it in E2

At least three Immunity Idols are found

Note the number of idols found? Strange? I don't know what to make of that one...

Camp Life:

Ravu have a hard time in their new camp (E2)

Ravu has to earn fire, they don't get to take it home from TC

Yau-Man is "The Man" when it comes to survival; he will save his tribemates by showing them how to keep hydrated with coconuts and he will be the one to suggest how to make fire

Ravu players take turns trying to make fire; it is Michelle who finally does.

It's because they are spoilers and I don't want to post something that someone doesn't want to know and then them come in here and see it not wanting to... What you need to do to read the post is to highlight it and then you will be able to see the text... Hope this helps...

Hunger and dehydration take their toll on the Survivors, leaving one barely able to stand.

That has to be Rocky. They showed him in the preview last week falling all over the place, hurting himself.

Here are just a few more things I found this morning...

yau-man wins the truck and uses it to make some kind of deal...

This is posted over at survivorphoenix...

As we noted previously, a tribal switch takes place in Episode 6. Two Erstwhile non-tribe members start the alternating tribe pick'em. Once the players are split up, the remaining player will be sent to Exile Island, while players draw lots to determine which camp each tribe will get. We don't want to spoil all the fun, but savvy sleuths should be able to figure out most of the switch from the following clues. We were told that the tribe pickers will end up switching tribes. All the women, except for the exiled Lisi, end up on the same tribe. In total, one woman and five men switch tribes.

Lisi will join the losing tribe Ravu, after it votes off Anthony at the next Tribal Council. For those keeping track, since Gary quit, Anthony is indeed the first man to be voted out of Survivor Fiji.

This one suprised me...

From what we have been told, Ravu can truly be certified as the second coming of Ulong. It is due only to the tribal switch that former Ravu players will advance further into the game than the last standing member of Ulong did during their season. Ravu loses all three Immunity challenges following the tribal switch. Relief, in the form of the merge, will come at long last after the first two members of the Jury are seated.

Hidding the Idols back at camp changed the game in more ways than one. The Idols are inside the actual camp, which makes it almost impossible to search for them without the prying eyes of fellow tribemates, especially given the restful location in which they lie. Players join forces to dig, with an agreement to "share" the Idol if it is found, making the play of the Idol a more interesting strategic choice.

As we reported, we were told that at least three hidden Immunity Idols are found. None are found before the tribal switch, two are found before the merge and one is found after the merge. Of the Idols played, one definitely changes the outcome.

From what were told, what seasoned spoiling sleuths across the boards have deduced is accurate: the controversial decision does indeed center around the infamous car curse. As Probst stated during his pre-season Press Conference, "the car challenge plays an instrumental role in this season, a huge role." The surprising winner of this challenge will once again have a big impact: deals are struck, keys exchange hands, and the car curse lives on in dramatic fashion. As for the lucky recipient, a close reading of Probst's Press Conference should prove fruitful.

Sucks poster micknrc reports that "black dude --probably Earl (?)-- makes Final 2 or 3" and has an alliance with Michelle.

Erica second boot

This is a hint... Let me know what you think...

And the Jury Begins...

Last one hired, first one fired.

Drama doused.

Ok, I'm going to discuss something from Yana's post and don't know how to do the "black out thing" that she does, I'll put my posting further down this page.

DON'T LOOK IF YOU DON"T WANT TO KNOW ANYMORE

(even though this is designated as a Spoiler thread)

.....

.....

.....

What I'm getting out of the car/truck hint: the person you named who wins the vehicle strikes a deal with someone else to give them the idol for the vehicle. This changes the whole game and the "car curse" lives on because the person who trades for the vehicle does not win the game. My guess is that this person is someone highly favored to win, up until this game-changing move? I'm not sure why this would be considered "controversial" though...just stupid game playing...your thoughts, Yana?

Wow- I have no clue to your hint at this time, but I'll definitely have to think about it!

I think you are pretty much dead on Kayo... The only thing I think you are missing is that the person that trades the car does so for the person receiving the car not to vote them out, and the person receiving the car then votes them out anyway... Just a guess though... What you make of them waiting so late to merge?
