  1. This forum thread is for posting live feed updates. Comments and BBCAN discussions are in the Big Brother Canada 5 - Discussion section. If you are adding personal comments, please keep them to a minimum and use brackets [personal comment] around the text. Remember your time zones. Big Brother Canada Time is East Coast Daylight Saving Time (See Map Here). Please be careful in identifying who is speaking, and do not use confusing abbreviations. We may have several HGs with names which start with the same letter. To better help you identify the HGs, we made this guide you can print out and refer to until you get to know who's who. Try to be consistent with abbreviations, like: Washroom Area (WA) Water Closet (WC) Kitchen (KT) Dining Table (DT) Living Room (LR) Back Yard (BY) Bedroom (BR) Indoor Lock Down (ILD) Outdoor Lock Down (OLD) Head of House Room (HOHR) Storage Room (SR) As many of you know, we didn't get enough help this season to continue our social media program that included having live feed updaters that were scheduled, and would also post here in the forum. Since there's no longer a schedule, you are all encouraged to add info in your posts letting others know that you can only stay an hour, or, "I'm done, someone else take over!" or whatever so that lurkers, or "floaters" will be encouraged to fill the gaps. It only takes a few good posts to earn your "Live Feed Updater" badge and LFU status. Also, all registered members of the forums have access to our chat rooms, at http://www.tvfanforums.net/index.php?/chat.html/ Stop in talk to SMVanBoyz, Fuskie, and I'm in there from time-to-time too. It's fun to be able to watch the feeds at dish the HGs at the same time. Thank you!

  14. This is the place where you can discuss non-houseguest-specific things about the 5th season of Big Brother Canada. Competitions, alliances, technical glitches, media coverage/stories, etc.
  15. SINDY NGUYENA A competition beast in BBCAN3, Sindy is looking to improve her social game for a second shot at the win. AGE: 27 HOMETOWN: TORONTO, ON OCCUPATION: BEAUTY QUEEN Describe yourself in three words: Sassy, honest, spontaneous What have you been up to since being on your season of Big Brother Canada? I’m still competing in pageants, and do a little coaching now. I am also a professional dancer for an NBA minor league team. Is your strategy to win Big Brother Canada different going in for a second time? Yes. I’m more aware of how to compete. Hopefully I won’t go in and make myself such a target this time. I really want to work on my social game and improve how I approach relationships in the house. If you could call one former houseguest from your season for advice, who would it be and why? Sarah Hanlon (BBCAN3). She won my season so it makes sense to give her a call. We have a very close relationship since the show so she’d definitely be my pick. What element of Big Brother Canada did you not have a chance to try before, that you’d like to experience this time around? I’d like to try to stay in the house the entire time! I’d like to experience it fully and be totally immersed. Leaving and coming back was really tough on a strategic level. What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? I don’t need any of those to be honest. Unless the luxury was an RMT to come in and massage me, I don’t really see any benefit there. I don’t care about slop, and honestly a vote from Canada can paint an extra target on your back. Unless these things were transferable so I could trade them and get an advantage from them that way I don’t need them. Which Big Brother Canada past competitor would you like to channel this season and why? Jillian from season 1 – I definitely respect everything that she did, and having done it all as a woman is even more amazing. She was physically competitive and had such a great social game that people wanted to work with her and talk to her. I don’t care what people say about how she won. I think she deserved it. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? Neither. I have a curiosity for the past, but I don’t think as an Asian woman going to the past I’d do that well. I don’t want to go to the future and see what happens. I like my present – I’ll stay here. What do people from Toronto have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? Toronto is a very multicultural city. We are exposed to people of every background, so we’re just used to experiencing different things. That helps us look past those differences and build relationships.
  16. JACKIE MCCURRACH Fun, outgoing, and silly, this fiery redhead is a guys’ girl who plans to focus on mental strength, and keeping her head in the game. AGE: 22 HOMETOWN: PORT COQUITLAM, BC OCCUPATION: PROFESSIONAL PIZZA MAKER Describe yourself in three words: Fun, outgoing, silly Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? My strategy is to lay low at the very beginning until I get to know a few people and figure out who I can and cannot trust - or at least who I think I can trust. I prefer to hang out with guys, because I don't like the cattiness of girls, so I want to align myself with someone who will be able to protect me and who I'll have a good relationship with. But I also want to be in alliance with at least one girl who can have my back as well. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? Probably mental competitions because I'm very forgetful. I have a terrible memory. Word scrambles can really mess me up. I’m pretty competitive though, but I’m better at team sports. I know that a win always feels good in the Big Brother Canada house and I would especially love to win a Veto. I really hope that I’ll be able to keep my head focused and just do it. What perk within the competition means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada would be amazing, but I feel like letters from home would mean a lot to me and they would keep me going. I'd have so much more motivation to try my hardest and try my best, and get to the end. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? I really liked Heather. At first I was kind of unsure about her, but towards the end I realized how awesome she is. She's a role model. I think she played the competition very well and I admired that she stayed away from the bullying. I think she probably had it pretty hard, so I thought it was amazing to see her get to the end. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? The future, to see what I'm doing. It would be pretty cool to find out where I'm living, if I’m a dietician (I’m currently getting my prerequisites for the dietetics program at UBC), and what my income is beforehand. What do people from Port Coquitlam have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? We call it Poco for short (it's a lot easier). There's a lot of sassiness there, and motivation to get out of Poco. It's a great place to grow up and raise a family, but when you're this age, and you're trying to pursue your goals your dreams, you just want to get out of Poco after high school.
  17. DILLON CARMAN This professional boxer and current Canadian Heavyweight Champ is a strong and powerful competitor, but a teddy bear at heart. AGE: 30 HOMETOWN: MADOC, ON OCCUPATION: PROFESSIONAL BOXER Describe yourself in three words: Intelligent, strong, caring Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? I don’t really have a strategy. Adaptation is one of my strong suits. I’m good at winging it and work well under pressure. I work best when I’m overwhelmed, so my mental strength is second to none. I’m just going to get into the house, see what the different personalities are and see who I can work with. If you could take one thing inside the house, what would it be and why? My dog, Jake, A.K.A. Jacob, A.K.A Superhim, A.K.A Him Super - he comes with me everywhere. Jake is the best thing in the world. He’s a Jack Russell Miniature Schnauzer and he’s the smartest dog on earth. I’ve had him since he was five weeks old, and today he’s three years old. He’s a little heartbreaker. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? If I don’t have a good bed my back hurts, and if I don’t eat right I get shaky - so I’m stressed out about the slop and the hard floor to sleep on. What perk within the competition means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada means the most to me because I want my country to be proud of me. I’m at the point in my career where I’m a world-class athlete, and I’m carrying Canada with me since there haven’t been many big-name Canadian-born boxers. I’m super proud of my country and want nothing more than for Canadians to be proud of me. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? I’d have to say Big Jon (Jon Pardy, Season 2) because he won, of course. He’s a really funny guy too – so entertaining to watch. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I don’t have any regrets and I want to live every day of my life. I wouldn’t do either because I don’t want to skip anything moving forward and I don’t want to change anything that’s happened in my past. What do people from Madoc have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? Madoc is super small, so we won’t go crazy lounging in the BBCAN house with no access to the outside world because we’re used to being bored.
  18. DEMETRES GIANNITSOS This confident, self-possessed beefcake loves to workout, and is looking to align with alpha males to make it to the end. AGE:25 HOMETOWN:EDSON, AB OCCUPATION:OIL FIELD INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN Describe yourself in three words: Obnoxious, confident, fit Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? I do and I don't have a strategy. If there is a group of stronger males, I definitely want to get on their good side, because the last thing I want is to be clashing with all of the alpha males early on in the competition. I'd rather get to the end with them and then battle it out. But if there are no strong males other than me, then I have to take the target off of my back. I might have to throw some competitions and try to lay low while I'm building relationships with people. It really depends on who is in the house. If you could take one thing inside the house, what would it be and why? A golf club and golf balls. For some weird reason, whenever I'm lounging around my house I always have a golf club on me - putting on the carpet, or bouncing the ball around. I'm a big golfer. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? The first couple of days will be the hardest for sure. There's lot of anxiety at the beginning, feeling like all eyes are on me, but I'm sure after a couple of days I'll settle down and start talking to people, and relaxing a bit more. I'll stop worrying as much about what I should say and who's watching. I'm sure you forget about those kind of things after the first few days. Those first days are going to be tough. What perk within the competition means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada would be the most useful. That, or the slop pass because I like to eat and I haven't seen anyone who has liked slop yet. A letter from home would mean a lot, but it's probably better if I don't cry on TV. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? I like Tim (Season 4) because he wasn't afraid to lose. I feel like a lot of people are constantly tiptoeing around, but he wasn’t scared to lose at any point, and I think that helped him go pretty far. His gummy bear strategy was amazing! Dallas (Season 4) really missed out on that. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I would go into the past and do some things a little bit differently. Not that I have any big regrets, but I might pursue golf a bit more knowing what I know now. There was a point in High School where life was all about girls and partying, when in retrospect, those shouldn’t have been that big of a deal. What do people from Edson have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? There's one traffic light and everyone knows everyone, so people in Edson know how to spread a rumour. I think that could come in handy in the Big Brother Canada house.
  19. DALLAS CORMIER After being voted out by his allies in BBCAN4, Dallas is focused on really getting to know each houseguest during his second chance. AGE: 25 HOMETOWN: SAINT JOHN, NB OCCUPATION: LOBSTER FISHERMAN AND WELDER Describe yourself in three words: An absolute animal What have you been up to since being on your season of Big Brother Canada? Since I left the house, my girlfriend left me and I lost my job. But I turned those negatives into a positive. I got a new job. I became a lobster fisherman. Something I never thought I would do but there I was – in the middle of nowhere fishing for lobster. I got a new puppy too and her name is Diva. She’s 13 weeks old and I love her to death. Is your strategy to win Big Brother Canada different going in for a second time? You can’t have a stone cold strategy before you see your fellow houseguests. You have to be a chameleon and adapt to your surroundings in the BBCAN house. You can never prepare for something like a triple eviction. I’m really going to try to get to know people better this time because the people I thought I knew well last time were the ones who voted me out. The gummy bear thing last season with Tim was tricky. Maybe I got too confident or cocky, but I was so against Tim’s nominations because I knew what he was doing. He was trying to get info from the houseguests and keep that in his databank. I was stubborn but I’d do the same thing again today. I’m the kind of person who sticks to their principles. If you could call one former houseguest from your season for advice, who would it be and why? Lovita Adams (BBCAN4). We’re really close now. We talk all the time about the things we did and what we could have done better. She was a competition beast, but her social game could have been better. I would want to talk to her for advice if I could. What element of Big Brother Canada did you not have a chance to try before, that you’d like to experience this time around? HOH! I would trade all of my Power of Vetoes for one HOH. I want the power. I’m going to go for that first HOH. I want the power and I want people to come to me with information. Hey, I’ll probably even take a page out of Tim’s book and try to get as much info out of them all as I can. It was a great approach! What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A letter when you’re in the house is really as good as gold. It’s a breath of fresh air and you can’t underestimate it. I never had to do slop and I hope I don’t have to this time. But I can deal with it. And while I love to party – this beast from the East loves to party! – I don’t think that anything can beat getting a vote from Canada. That could be the vote that keeps you in the house. Which Big Brother Canada past competitor would you like to channel this season and why? When I applied to be on Season 4, it was because I was inspired by Kevin Martin (BBCAN3). He’s the man. Such a good social player. He’s so smart and strategic. He’s my favourite BBCAN houseguest of all time. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I would travel to the past. When I was 12 and 13, I wanted to be 19 and 20. Then when I was 20, I wanted to be 12. Time goes by too fast. Going to the past means you could right some wrongs. You can make your future. By going back to the past you can correct mistakes, and I would really love to do that. What do people from Saint John have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? I come from a very small town. We don’t have a lot out there. No NHL team. No NBA team. Not a lot of opportunity. Everything I’ve ever wanted in life, I’ve had to fight tooth and nail for. The people down there don’t have much but they grind for everything they have. That’s what you need in the BBCAN house. You need to fight hard.
  20. CASSANDRA SHAHINFAR A deceitful and cunning player in BBCAN4, Cassandra has no intentions of switching up her strategy, but will try and make her fellow houseguests believe otherwise. AGE: 23 HOMETOWN: WINNIPEG, MB OCCUPATION: MARKETING MANAGER Describe yourself in three words: Smart, funny, and outgoing What have you been up to since being on your season of Big Brother Canada? My life has changed a lot. I have a big girl job now, and a serious relationship. I’ve just been working and back in my life with my friends and family, but the job and boyfriend are big differences from last year. Is your strategy to win Big Brother Canada different going in for a second time? No, but I want to convince the other houseguests it is. I still want to ride the middle, and analyze everyone in the house. I still want to say what I need to say to get through each week, and play to each person. But I want them to think I’m this new, different, settled person. Everyone knows how I do things, so that will be my biggest challenge. If you could call one former houseguest from your season for advice, who would it be and why? Tim (BBCAN4)! He was my number one alliance member. We played together throughout – he saw me at my best and worst. He would give me good advice. Like, “Hey, be social. Don’t just hide in a corner because you hate everyone.” There are so many things I’m sure he would tell me. What element of Big Brother Canada did you not have a chance to try before, that you’d like to experience this time around? Maybe winning competitions? Last season was so bad, and I was really trying to win. This year I’m going to have to sort that out especially at the end when you really need to win. What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada would mean the most. Last year I was 100% myself. When I came out I got so much positive feedback and it really meant the world. That’s really why I wanted to come back. Those are the people I want to impress. Which Big Brother Canada past competitor would you like to channel this season and why? Honestly, still Tim. He got to have so much fun and I was always the little bulldog for him. He was always making fun for himself and being everyone’s friend, and that’s the way I want to approach it this time. That way you never seem like you’re really strategizing. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I’d travel to the future. Everything in the past has gotten me to this point and I don’t want to change any of it – I love how it has turned out so I’d want to go and see the future. Get the dirty gossip before it even happens. What do people from Winnipeg have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? I love Winnipeg. On our license plates it says “Friendly Manitoba” so that might be what sets us apart. We’re very down to earth and can make friends easily and that could only help me in the house.
  21. WILLIAM LAPRISE DESBIENS This French-Canadian is looking to be himself and have fun in the house...but if he has to do some backstabbing in the process, he will. AGE: 23 HOMETOWN: TROIS-RIVIERES, QC OCCUPATION: MARKETING STUDENT & BLOGGER Describe yourself in three words: Weird, likable and sassy Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? Yeah, it will be to analyze everything and take all that information and use it to help my game. I’d even maybe use that information to backstab some people. A lot of people say, “I want to play a loyal game.” I don’t want to play like that. There’s a lot of money to be won at the end of the day and I’m really poor so….you know. I have watched all of the seasons of Big Brother Canada and love this show so much so I just want to have fun trying it for myself. If you could take one thing inside the house, what would it be and why? It would be my cell phone. I know that’s completely impossible but I’m already missing it. Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. I feel so weird without it. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? To be cut off from the rest of the world – not knowing what is happening outside. I didn’t expect that to be so scary. Also, maybe some of the physical challenges; compared to someone like Jared from last year I’m pretty skinny so I might not win. I’m excited to try everything though! What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada. To know that the country loves you means a lot. A slop pass I don’t need. I’m kind of excited to try slop. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? Cassandra (BBCAN4) for sure. She was sassy and bitchy. She was funny and really intelligent. She was really playing the game. I loved her. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? Maybe the past. There’s one thing that I regret. My grandma passed away and I couldn’t say bye to her. She died suddenly of a heart attack and it was a big shock. I visited her twice a week normally so this was very sad. I would go back to see her again and say goodbye. What do people from Trois-Rivieres have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? Someone from Trois-Rivieres? My accent maybe. I can confuse them with this.
  22. KEVIN MARTIN Kevin is looking to take fewer gambles with his game after falling victim to the first-ever BBCAN triple eviction in BBCAN3. AGE: 24 HOMETOWN: CALGARY, AB OCCUPATION: PROFESSIONAL POKER PLAYER Describe yourself in three words: Charismatic, spontaneous, loving What have you been up to since being on your season of Big Brother Canada? I have been working full time as a professional poker player. I got a major sponsorship with a poker company, I run a full-time Twitch stream and I am coaching. I’m all over the poker world. It’s awesome. Big Brother Canada was a huge thing that got me going, and since then I’ve just kept building. Not to pat myself on the back but I’m very proud of the career I’ve got going on right now. Is your strategy to win Big Brother Canada different going in for a second time? Yes absolutely. I can recognize the mistakes I made the first time. I let my feelings get the better of me. I truly just fell in love when I was in the house. But being the strong physical player in a romantic pair is not a very good idea because when that pairing gets targeted you’ll always go first. The first time I played I thought having good social game was just getting along with everyone, but it turned out to be a little shallow. This time I want to get to know people deeper on a personal level. If you could call one former houseguest from your season for advice, who would it be and why Oh my goodness! Could I get a couple phone calls? I mean the thing I want to focus on most is my social game. So I would call Sarah Hanlon. Her social game was so strong and so genuine in my season. She cut people and we all still loved her after. What element of Big Brother Canada did you not have a chance to try before, that you’d like to experience this time around? The end game! I went home 9th out from the end. The game changes so drastically in those final weeks, the decisions get so much more intense. I want to stick around all the way through to the end. What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada! Forget the letter from home. I mean, I care, I’m a softy, but a vote from Canada can be the real change-maker. In our format that is a huge element of how we play – in every season there’s been a massive shift caused by Canada’s vote. I need to be on the right side of that. Which Big Brother Canada past competitor would you like to channel this season and why? I’d put together a few. Sarah Hanlon’s (BBCAN3) social game obviously, Emmett’s (BBCAN1) physical and mental ability, and Neda’s (BBCAN2) strategic thinking. If you put that together it’s just an insane combo. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? The future is way more exciting. We are on the edge of some major technological advances. I love the future and technology. I would love to know what that will be four generations in the future. What do people from Calgary have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? I mean, we’ve got a lot of grittiness. There’s been four seasons and no one from Western Canada has won. It bugs me – I really want to bring the title out West. People work hard in Alberta so maybe that’s how I’ll do it.
  23. GARY LEVY The first runner- up in BBCAN1, Gary is looking to claim the crown after losing it the first time around to a voting mishap. AGE: 25 HOMETOWN: TORONTO, ON OCCUPATION: ARTIST Describe yourself in three words: Funky, fresh, and fabulous. I know my brand. What have you been up to since being on your season of Big Brother Canada? Since my season, I had the opportunity to do the Big Brother Canada Side Show which I loved and appreciated so much. After that, I used the coin from the show to travel the world. I went to Miami, New York, Paris, Montreal, and Nova Scotia. I was able to re-inspire myself and get acquainted with new cultures to regroup and download who I am today. I’m an artist today and even though I love that so much, I still can’t deny my itch to be on TV. AND THEN BIG BROTHER CANADA CALLED! Is your strategy to win Big Brother Canada different going in for a second time? Yes! First and foremost, I’m going to reiterate the voting instructions when I get to the final two: “Houseguests, vote for the person you WANT to win!” I’m also going to strategize through the fun I’m going to have in the house. I’m going to connect with a strong guy in the house and do his make-up while I talk to him about strategy. I’m going to use my social game, which comes so naturally to me. If you could call one former houseguest from your season for advice, who would it be and why? I have two names: Emmett and Jillian (BBCAN1). They’d give me similar advice. I like that they’re very smart and have a great strategy. They’re athletic and they’re great friends of mine outside of the show. Jillian was so good at getting people to trust her and then stabbing them in the back! What element of Big Brother Canada did you not have a chance to try before, that you’d like to experience this time around? WINNING. Guys, I’m here to win! Not just look pretty. I’m coming back to take the cake. What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? Oooooh. I don’t want to go on slop. But I love my country and I love that my country understands me. I’m really blessed that I can be myself in and out of the house. I choose a vote from Canada. I’m getting emotional now! Which Big Brother Canada past competitor would you like to channel this season and why? I don’t channel anybody. I’m an original. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I’d go to the past. I’d go to the 1970s. I’m an old soul. I’d want to be my age right now in New York City at Studio 54. Grace Jones. Andy Warhol. Bianca Jagger. Oh, if I could be a fly on the wall in the ‘70s, things would be so different! What do people from Toronto have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? We have a swagger to us. We definitely spend a lot of time getting to know ourselves – we’re very selfish people – but I think it’s a good thing because we know what we want. When you’re in the BBCAN house, you need to be confident. You need to go after what you want. You need to be able to talk to anyone. People from Toronto can do all of these things.
  24. EMILY HAWKIN This quirky singer-songwriter is waiting to see what the house has in store before deciding on her plan of attack. AGE: 23 HOMETOWN: TORONTO, ON OCCUPATION: MUSICIAN AND SERVER Describe yourself in three words: Really freaking single Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? I’ve thought a lot about different strategies but I think I will go in and everything will change. I don’t think you can make a real plan. I’m going in and will feel it out. After the first HOH competition, I think I’ll have a better idea of what I’m going to do. If you could take one thing inside the house, what would it be and why? Any puppy at all. I’m puppy crazy and it would make it so much more fun. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? Being completely cut off. It’s something I’m actually really excited for and terrified about too. You know when you’re on vacation and you swear you hear your phone vibrate even though you don’t have it on you. That’s already happening to me. I’m going to miss talking to my sister. What perk within the game means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada because I like being liked. When I know someone doesn’t like me it’s like, “challenge accepted I’m going to make you like me”. If I knew Canada liked me I’d be super stoked about that. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? Oh man either, Nikki or Joel (BBCAN4). They were hilarious. Nikki in the Oxiclean challenge last year? I’ve watched that so many times. But Joel’s so cute. Both of them! If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I think I’d go into the future and see what’s up! See if I could find out some stuff that could help me succeed now. What do people from Lindsay, Ontario have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? I don’t know. I live in Toronto now and I think that transition has definitely made me tougher. City people don’t take anything from anybody. I’ve started to toughen up. Even going on a subway, if someone cuts me off I’m like, “not today!” When I first got here I was way more polite. You have to be aggressive, and that could help you win Big Brother Canada, for sure.
  25. DRE GWENAELLE Brains, beauty and a sassy attitude, Masters student Andre “Dre” Gwenaelle is a force to be reckoned with. AGE:25 HOMETOWN: MONTREAL, QC OCCUPATION: MASTERS STUDENT Describe yourself in three words: Hilarious, “extra”, caring (but I pretend not to care) Do you have a strategy to win Big Brother Canada? I don't have a strategy. I'm not necessarily prepared, and I think that's an advantage because I want to be flexible enough to adapt in different scenarios and situations. I overthink a lot, and I feel like if I have something planned ahead, I'm going to want it to go as planned. Whereas, if I don't have anything planned, it will force me to adapt. If you could take one thing inside the house, what would it be and why? I would take my little sister, Moumi. She loves the show too and we are so much alike, but at the same time, we're different. I just love her. She's so smart and beautiful. She's amazing. What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be hardest for you? Having to lie. I speak my mind when I can but I'm respectful and I pay attention to people's feelings, so I think having to lie might be a little hard. I try to be honest, but I do understand that if I want to get far in the competition, I might have to twist my words a little bit, so that might be the hardest part of the experience. That and the messiness. I don't know how I'm going to cope with that. What perk within the competition means the most to you: a letter from home, a luxury party, a season’s slop pass, or a vote from Canada? A vote from Canada would mean the most. To me, a vote from Canada would mean that they see me, and that they appreciate who I am. I know that my family loves me no matter what, so a letter from them is great, but I'm focusing on competing. Slop, to be honest, is fine. It's still food. Who is your Big Brother Canada idol and why? I can't say that I have an idol, but I really liked Cassandra. I liked how sassy she was. I also liked John and Neda’s dynamic. I respected their strategy. If you could travel into the future or the past which would you choose and why? I wouldn't do either. I would stay right where I am and hustle. I don't want to know what's going to happen and I don't want to go back. The present is where I want to be. What do people from Montreal have that gives them an edge to win Big Brother Canada? We're fun. People from Montreal are chill. They're outgoing, very social, and accepting. I love that because you don't get that everywhere.
