10:44 PM BBT: Derrick and Caleb are playing chess. Derrick is agitated. In the bathroom, Cody is whispering with Christine I think. Zach comes walking in too. Cody is pissed off that Devin is HOH. Cody mentions how the other five bomb squad members were up there talking about nominations. He didn't seem too happy about that. Cody says he hopes they take a shot at him this early. Amber, Devin, and Frankie are in HOH still talking. Amber asks Frankie to let the house know how hard this is. Devin won't shut up about who outside of the bomb squad needs to go. Downstairs, Christine is whispering intensely about others in the alliance to Cody and Zach. Frankie comes walking into the bathroom. He then states he's going to go walk around the house. They are whispering so softly, it's hard to hear and the censor is heavy on his button. They're now laughing about Caleb chunking frisbees hard during the HOH competition. In the Earth bedroom, Nicole was whispering to... someone then stopped The bathroom crew of Zach, Cody, and Christine are laughing about the HOH competition still. 10:57 PM BBT: Paola is in the HOH room with Christine. Devin says he's playing an honest game and loyalty is huge. He's loyal to the bomb squad. Devin says he would never say anything about the bomb squad if he were to be evicted. Devin says Joey and Brittany did some messed up stuff. Christine switches the conversation to Devin's HOH photos. Jocasta, Paola, Brittany, Victoria, Frankie, and Zach in the fire bedroom. Frankie and Victoria cuddling. Now everyone is leaving the fire room. Caleb and Derrick are still playing chess. Cody was up there with them, but then left. Brittany and Zach are in the kitchen. Brittany was whispering something but couldn't catch it. Cody is now in the HOH with Devin talking about noms again. (I'm out for the night. BBAD seems to be continuing past 11:00 PM BBT despite what the DVR says)

10:29 PM BBT: Derrick is in the HOH with Amber, Frankie, Caleb, and Devin. Derrick says "You have to put a guy" to Amber. Devin says he's not going to nominate Donny because he could be an asset for them later on. Amber says she is not going to nominate Derrick. Amber keeps saying she has it harder than the guys. Devin just said that if Amber nominates Hayden and Paola, he said that Paola will go home because he can't foresee the house voting against him. Devin says he believes it's important to keep Paola for situations like this. She's always someone you can keep around as a pawn. Devin says Amber doesn't have to work both sides of the house any more since they have the numbers. Amber says she may put up Victoria. Derrick says that Nicole scares him more than Victoria. Derrick says that Victoria is up Amber's ass and will do whatever she wants. They are now talking about Nicole playing the floater game. Amber says she doesn't want to make Nicole cry. Derrick is heavily pushing for Amber to nominate Nicole. Amber thought she would've had more time to talk about nominations.

10:15 PM BBT: Amber and Devin are in the HOH room talking. Devin says that Joey was a strong player but didn't know how to go about it. He is saying Brittany can do the same thing. Devin says he wants to keep the alliance safe. He says that he knows she can't nominate two girls or else it would look suspicious. Both agree they aren't going to nominate Donny. Devin says he 100% supports Amber in whatever he does. Amber says she doesn't want another girl to come after her at this point. She doesn't want to put up Brittany. Amber says that her only choice is Hayden while Devin is saying Hayden would never come after them. Amber says she doesn't have a lot of options, and Devin says they can't put up members of their alliance. Devin: "I'm playing this in an honest fashion and loyalty. My loyalty has been to the bomb squad members, and I'm not putting the bomb squad members up." Devin is saying there would be no more bomb squad if any are nominated. Amber is clearly worried about nominations. She is leaning to nominating Hayden and Paola. Devin is saying he will respect her decisions just as long as it's not a bomb squad member. Devin says he is going to put up Paola and Brittany even though he knows Amber wants to nominate Paola. Devin even says that he knows it will force Amber to show her hand if he nominates first and chooses Paola to go up on the block. Devin keeps repeating, I respect your decision. Feeds cut to the living room with someone saying noms can't be personal. Brittany says her nomination will be personal. Feeds go back to the HOH where Amber and Devin walk down, and Amber says before she goes, "Why did I have to win HOH today?" (You didn't have to, you chose to). Feeds are on the living room. I see Paola, Donny, Cody, and Brittany in there chatting. Paola is talking about things she may be good at in competitions. Then it turns into things like cooking bacon and annoying Cody are good things she would be at in competition. Cody looks a bit annoyed. He gets up, then goes to the bedroom. Derrick joins the quiet living room bunch.

(BBAD is only on for one hour tonight.) 10:00 PM BBT: Zach in bathroom with Derrick talking about nominations. Sounds like Derrick believes Amber might put him up. 10:01 PM BBT: Cody, Frankie, Devin are in the second HOH bedroom talking about sleeping arrangements Feeds switch back to Derrick and Zach talking, but Derrick is immediately called to the DR. Frankie, Cody, and Devin continue their chit chat. Devin says they can come up any time. "We're in this together." Zach comes walking in and says he isn't feeling well. Cody is saying he gets the worst pimples on his ass while talking to Zach. Devin walks out. Seems the entire house is in the other HOH bedroom. Frankie, Zach, and Caleb are talking about wet dreams they are having. Seems Cody and Zach can't control their jizz when they sleep sometimes. Caleb walks into the room and says there are a lot of coors light in the HOH fridge. Derrick walks in and says the microwave is broken and don't touch it. Derrick also says the screen says nominations are today. They don't believe him, so they run down and Derrick was right. (Does this mean nominations in less than two hours?) Donny: "It's about my bedtime. I'm gonna miss it." Brittany is in the living room too looking at it trying to put on a fake smile, but she's clearly trying not to cry again. The crew in the HOH has broken up with everyone going in different directions. Zach mentions he's not shitting tonight in case anyone is wondering. Frankie and Derrick are in the have-not room talking about Amber. Derrick is worried about going up on the block because he was the first person off in the competition. They are also talking about Caleb saying Amber could nominate Caleb and Derrick and win battle of the block. Frankie says that Caleb is doing exactly what they need him to do.

9:29 PM BBT: Everyone wishes Victoria's sister happy birthday on the feeds. Frankie says, "It's everyone's sister's birthday this week." Frankie, Caleb, and Paola are still in the hammock area. The camera is showing Frankie. He was blinking his eyes rapidly, closed his eyes, then tried to wake himself up. He's obviously tired. He once again closed his eyes on the hammock. Joey is still keeping up the Alex routine in the backyard. Seems like the majority of the houseguests are outside now. Joey walks into the kitchen and asks Amber, "What if I told you I liked the way you look?" They laugh. Derrick and Amber are enjoying the Alex routine. The cameras have been following Joey for awhile now and the houseguests are picking up on it. Joey wants to go into the DR, but it seems Nicole is still in there. Now Joey is trying to start up the chainsaw with no success. She is doing some awkward poses by it. Now she is doing lunges and squats for the camera to show off how well-endowed Alex is. (I feel dirty watching her). She is now in the bathroom smacking her ass with a hairbrush for the camera. Paola went into the kitchen, and Joey scares her by sneaking next to Paola and loudly sniffing her. Nicole comes out of the DR and Alex says that she has some nice tan legs. Houseguests such as Amber, Christine, and Derrick seem to be enjoying her routine. Joey walks to the DR and push the button to go in there since Nicole is out. Devin informs her that someone else went in. Joey gets frustrated because she has been waiting to go in there. Joey is now walking into the Earth bedroom and dancing on the beds. 9:36 PM BBT Frankie and Caleb are on the hammock by themselves. Caleb: "She will definitely reap what she sows, trying to use me to get to the end." Caleb says that Devin told him that Amber wanted to be at the end with Caleb. Seems like Caleb is basing off this on hearsay from Devin. Frankie says he doesn't think Devin can be the middleman any more. Frankie thinks Caleb should talk to her once things calm down. Caleb says he doesn't want to talk to her. He believes Amber has been talking crap about him. (I really want to continue updating, but I know I'm going to fall asleep at work tomorrow if I stay up any longer. Night.)

9:14 PM BBT: The uneventful night continues as Frankie and Caleb are still in the hammock with Paola nearby. Joey is walking around the house imitating someone it seems. She looks like she is wearing some guy's clothes. Caleb is talking about how floaters are going to leave the house. He also says he came into this house with a different mindset than he has now. Feeds cut from the hammock back to the pool table where Zach and Cody are still playing with Christine spectating. Joey then walks over to the hammock laughing. Frankie says, "ohhhh my god." Everyone is calling Joey, Alex. Frankie: "What do you do, Alex?" Joey: "Ask me what I don't do and we'll get somewhere." Frankie continues asking "Alex" questions. (They've officially lost it). Caleb didn't look too impressed. 9:18 PM BBT: Jocasta, Devin, Donny, and Amber are on the living room couches. Zach, Cody, Victoria, Christine, and Hayden are by the pool table. Joey walks back to the pool table. Zach: "Alex is out of control." It looks like she stuffed her pants to give herself a bulge. Joey stops by the living room couches where Jocasta, Donny, and Devin remain. As Donny and Jocasta are talking, Joey starts doing lunges right next to Jocasta showing off her bulge. Jocasta had an "I have no idea what's going on" look on her face. Devin doesn't look too impressed with Joey, either. Not even giving her a reaction. Joey moves closer trying to get him to laugh. He's not budging. He's looking at Jocasta with a "What the hell is this girl doing?" face. Joey is keeping up her Alex routine. Jocasta and Donny leave. It's now just Joey and Devin on the couches. "Alex" tries to engage Devin in conversation, but Devin obviously doesn't want to talk to her. She keeps moving closer trying to make him laugh, but he doesn't. The awkwardness finally ends as Joey walks off.

9:00 PM BBT: In the backyard, Cody and Nicole are playing pool. Zach was giving some pointers to Nicole, and it sounds like she's beating Cody. Donny is by the pool table watching. Seems like Derrick made a pretty tasty slop concoction. Brittany brings it out to Cody and the rest. Nicole says it kind of tastes like peanut brittle. Everyone seems to like the taste. While they were eating the slop, we here "Joey, stop that." Then feeds switch to Joey giving Paola a piggy back ride to the kitchen from the Earth bedroom. The kitchen is filled with houseguests eating what Derrick made with the slop, and they are complimenting him. Paola, Joey, Jocasta, Brittany, Frankie, Hayden, Victoria, Derrick, and Amber are around the bar area. Some houseguests leave, others join. Nothing too interesting. Now we see Zach in the storage room not really doing anything. Feeds cut back to the kitchen where nothing too interesting is going on. Frankie is talking in a british accent asking, "Would you like to touch me head?" He then walks out continuing his accent asking, "Who wants to play rhinestone (sp)?" By the pool table, the game continues with Cody and Nicole. Nicole nearly lost the game as the 8-ball was one inch from going into the corner pocket. Talk is of people's hometowns right now. Nicole got called to the DR and promptly leaves the backyard while Zach subs for her. Frankie and Hayden are outside continuing their british accents. Hayden wants to play pool. Hayden: "Who wants to get wrecked with me balls? Next opportunity I get, I would like to wreck someone with my stick and me balls." 9:09 PM BBT Frankie and Caleb are on the hammock. Frankie asks him if he is okay, and Caleb responds he is okay as he holds the bible in his right hand. Paola and Brittany are also near the hammock making small talk.

8:45 PM BBT. Amber and Nicole are playing pool. Derrick walks into the backyard and saying how good Derrick's hair looks. One of them mentions his hair looks like Leonardo DiCaprio's. Brittany is on the chaise next to the ladies playing pool. Talk has turned to halloween costumes, and Derrick says he was Gumby last year for Halloween. Amber says she hates bananas for halloween. One time she was a banana and her boyfriend was a gorilla. She showed up to a party like that with her boyfriend and said she was the only girl there that didn't look cute. Derrick asks the ladies if they did their goodbye messages in the DR yet. They said no. Seems like Derrick already did his. Derrick is cooking some slop right now, too. General smalltalk. The camera shows Nicole making a relatively easy shot, but instead misses the ball and scratches. Zach comes out eating and joins the conversation in progress. Derrick goes back in to check on his slop. Donny has now wondered into he backyard. 8:53 PM BBT In Earth bedroom, Christine, Frankie, and Victoria are cuddling together. Frankie has his eyes closed. Paola and Joey are in there too. The talk is about shopping at Whole Foods.

(Got a few minutes to spare, Here's some BBAD) 8:32 PM BBT Caleb reading the bible in the hammock while talking to Devin who is on the weight bench. Caleb: "Caleb's done with the ladies." Caleb is saying he is not flirting with one girl in this house because he sees what it does. It gets him off his game real quick. "I was so blind to the fact that she was using me to take her (Amber) to the end." He's saying that he's happy that he at least realized this. Caleb: "I can turn it on. I can turn it off." Talk is off Amber for the moment as Caleb reads the Bible. ----- 8:34 PM BBT Feeds switch to the earth bedroom with Paola, Frankie, and Zach. Paola leaves to check for some sheets and tells Frankie and Zach, "You two behave." They laugh. Zach immediately gets in the bed next to Frankie and they start laughing. No cuddling as of yet. Zach said it was a crazy day. Frankie gives a frustrated look agreeing with him. Frankie: "i feel like I've not been in the game." Not sure what he meant. Paola rejoins the boys Frankie: "Which guys do you want to have sex with? Everyone thinks you're super hot." Frankie and Zach are poking some fun at Paola about how everyone loves her boobs. Frankie says that's why they call her Pao-Pao. Christine and Nicole have joined the room. Zach is laying down next to Nicole using the same blanket. Small talk and laughing. No strategy talk. Frankie says some of them were in drag the first night such as Hayden. They lost their wine... saying it was crazy. They are talking about how the shows work. Zach says that the live feeders probably already know that Donny won the POV and used it. Christine agrees and tells Paola that even though they don't show the competition, they still talk about it. Frankie says: "They don't know the full story, though."

The red was starting to make me go crazy. But now that I know I can change the colors, I love the new look! (I might change it back to red if Big Brother makes me angry this year.)

I'm disappointed so I'm rewatching scenes from past seasons. Here is one of my favorite fights from one of my favorite seasons.

Well, Elissa went home... then McCrae went home... I guess I must root for her now. She's going to need the money after being fired from her job.

Usually we get leaks from the studio audience about who was evicted and who wins HOH when the feeds go down. Hopefully, the audience tonight isn't populated by CBS workers.

You know, McCrae isn't my first choice to root for... or 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th, but out of everyone left, I would rather see him win. I just want to see the exterminators exterminated.

I'll play along. 1) McCrae 2) Andy 3) Judd 4) GinaMarie 5) Spencer Even though I don't really care who wins at this point, I still stand by my philosophy that no matter who makes it to the final two and wins, that person deserves to win.

10:59 PM BBT They're rehashing old events usually revolving around Elissa. Apparently Elissa did not tell them how long she has been married. They're bashing Elissa again. (Sorry, I'm not going to listen to another hour of this and I have to wake up early tomorrow. G'night everyone)

10:50 PM BBT They're talking about jury and who's going to be glad to see who. Judd says he doesn't want to be in that cathouse (There are six women in jury). GM tells Spencer jokingly that Spencer won a trip to the Bahamas and $10,000 during her HOH reigns, so she would like him to give her something nice.

10:46 PM BBT It seems the HOH had something to do with puzzles and faces. It might've been the morph comp. It seems like there may be gifts or punishments associated with this challenge. Spencer says on his HOH sheet, he requested Bud lights. The exterminators are whispering about noms and veto, but I can't make it out. Judd randomly says in a sing-songy voice, "Elissa's gone." He asks if anyone else is as stoked as he is that Elissa is gone. Andy says he is. Spencer gives a shout out to Marilyn. Spencer says he has been freaking out if Marilyn signed the release so he can see pictures of her. 10:50 PM BBT Spencer and Andy whispering in the bedroom. Andy is saying, "We can do this." Spencer told him, "You're final 4 with me." They walk back to the kitchen.

10:35 PM BBT Andy tells Judd he sucked at the competition. Judd and Andy go to the table to play cards. Judd is going to teach Andy how to play War (also called Battle). They're also talking about tonight's double eviction festivities including Amanda being shocked. Seems the competition is over. Andy walked outside. Now there is fish on BBAD, followed by commercial (Will we find out if GM or Spencer won HOH when BBAD returns?). 10:44 PM BBT BBAD is back. Spencer won HOH as he is wearing the key.

(DVR'ing BBAD and going back to see if I missed anything) 10:16 PM BBT Andy is not allowed in the BY as McCrae comes in and says that Andy should request alcohol. McCrae tells Andy that the competition hasn't started and that they'll get information soon. McCrae then goes to the bathroom. Andy says, "After Dark is getting a great show. I'm sitting at the table." McCrae asks why Andy had to go to the DR, and Andy says to fill him in (I guess about BBAD). Andy then goes back to the table to shuffle cards. McCrae is now walking around the kitchen. Andy says he can't believe he sucked so bad at the HOH competition during double eviction and at tonight's second HOH (which is going on now). McCrae then walks out. 10:35 PM BBT Judd comes walking into the kitchen. Judd did not win HOH.

10:00 PM BBT: On BBAD, we saw Andy walking around kinda sniffling. Now there is fish and we hear BB call Andy to the DR. 10:03 PM BBT Andy comes out of the DR and he seems to be the only one in the house. 10:05 PM BBT There is nothing to report. Andy is in the kitchen putting dishes up and no other houseguests have been seen. (Ed: Backyard looks closed off)

Unfortunately, I am not the original creator of the inanimate objects thread. I wish I could be that creative, but I did try to keep it alive each year. Sometimes I do want to change my avatar too, but the little lad just looks so adorable doesn't he? lol Also, the History Channel is a fantastic name for this thread. Finally, a chance to put my BB knowledge to the test. For the life of me, I could not remember the platinum power of veto, so I had to look it up. BB10 was the same year hurricane Gustav hit, and I was without power for a week and in the dark about BB. Did the platinum power of veto make it to air?

In season 3, I don't know if the veto winner could be the replacement nominee if they won veto. I know Gerry won veto, but he used it week 1 to save it Marcellas, but then Lisa, who was HOH I believe, nominated Amy. I believe the error was when you said that Marcellas Reynolds did use it and was put up as the replacement nominee which is an incorrect statement. Marcellas won the Golden Power of veto at final 5, which was the last veto for the season. In all subsequent seasons, the final veto was at final four. Marcellas won the Golden Power of veto in which he could remove himself, but he chose not to, and was voted out. As far as "golden" meaning you couldn't be put up the replacement nominee, I thought golden meant that you could save yourself from eviction. The veto winner, if not nominated, was still safe from nomination if he or she used it if that person was not nominated pre-veto. Am I on the right track?
