Angelina's baby back home BANG July 18, 2005 (BANG) - Angelina Jolie's adopted daughter is safe at home after spending a week in hospital. Six-month-old Zahara was treated for dehydration and malnutrition at a New York hospital after her new mom Jolie collected her from an Ethiopian orphanage. Dr. Jane Aronson, who looked after the tot, told America's People magazine: "The baby is doing great. And, most importantly, mother and daughter have bonded." Last week, it was revealed that Angelina's lover Brad - who was recently released from hospital after suffering a mild bout of viral meningitis - is playing dad to Angelina's new daughter. Although he was not named on Zahara's adoption papers, the handsome actor was overheard asking the baby girl: "How do you like your new mommy and daddy?" Dr Tsegaye Berhe, who handed over Zahara to her new parents at the Addis Ababa orphanage, recently revealed: "They were like any couple looking at their child for the first time. "They were so happy. Then they turned to me and said, 'This makes us a whole family.'" Brad has already become close to Angelina's adopted three-year-old son, Maddox, and was recently seen teaching him how to ride a bike. The Canadian Press BANG Media International
