from what I've read/heard in promos/dreamed up in my own head: -each pair already knows about the other person going in -each pair has been told they are the only pair -each pair must not be thinking if the idea of other pairs hasn't crossed their mind -each pair knows about the $1 million payoff if they both make it to the end -the $1 million goes away if they are 'discovered', which seems like a given once the other pairs start getting elliminated/spilling about being the 'only pair' in the house -each pair has to dress alike -each pair has to eat the same food each day -each pair will dress up like pears for the first food challenge -each pair will be assigned two fish to take care of during their time in the house

Can someone help me... I have watched the last 2 BB seasons, but I'm still not clear on the PB&J... When they can only eat PB&J, is the J always available? Or is it really just a PB sandwich they are allowed to eat? I could handle(I think! lol) PB&J sandwiches, long as there is some J to go with the PB. I know I saw(or read from an earlier season) that someone got creative with the seasonings in making sandwiches... was that because there was no J around, or because they had were looking for variety?

2 hours later and no update on what they showed? :? Or does that mean it *somehow* got postponed again? At this point, I'm not expecting much from the clip... to me, most morning show clips/interviews turn out to be 2 hours of waiting for 5 minutes of cliche questions from hosts who act excited about the show, but never seem to ask the important questions... (my one complaint about the Housecalls show at times)

I'll bet if Big Brother marketed yellow BB gummy fish, they'd be a hit!

Part of the fun for me would be to memorize everyone's screennames here, then drop names and include them in daily conversations with the other HGs... that'd keep everyone's ears tuned to the live feeds(like you need another reason? lol)

most definately... YES!!!! I'd love to go into the house and experience it first hand! My biggest problem with going in the house is that I wouldn't be able to follow along here all during the season! lol As for all the comments, I'd hope that I'd come across as a fun, likable person... but I've seen enough on the message boards to realize that regardless of what is said by someone in the house, someone on the boards will find reason to criticize... but the experience would be worth it, at least for me

I voted "sure hope not"... not because I'm 'whatever the right term is'-aphobic... but because anything that takes the focus off the basics of BB tends to distract from the game... it's like the issue of Twins discussing religion last season, and the discussion I've already seen concerning Kaysar/his beliefs... ohhh, let's put the redneck and gay guy in the house together and watch them argue... maybe I'm hoping for too much... the personality conflicts between the HGs do tend to make the house... but I'd like to think the show is still fresh enough, that they don't need to resort to 'gimmicks' to create the conflicts (it's what turned me off to whichever version of Trading Spouses I had been watching, when they select people who are so obviously coming from different sides of issues... ok, yes, we get it, they don't agree on an issue, there will be tension)

or they will turn the idea into a new reality show.... The Photograper...

Which HG are you most 'compatable' with? Here at the GCTV household, we came up with a semi-quick little way to judge... -Look at the profiles for each HG. -For each category listed, give yourself a rating of 1-not, 2,-kinda, 3-yes based on how 'compatable' you are with what the HG put for a response. (do what you want with the 'no favorite' responses lol) -Total your scores for each HG. -Post your results here! -When the show starts, compare who your results with how much you love/hate the HGs (To be extra unbiased, do the test without constantly checking the age/sex/location/etc of the HGs) For me(yes, I admit I get obsessed over BB! lol): 38-Howie 36-April 35-Beau, Ivette, Sarah 33-Rachel 31-Ashlea, Maggie 30-Jennifer 29-Eric, Janelle 27-James 26-Michael 21-Kaysar

I voted Howie, because our family did a 'compatability' test based on the profiles of all the HGs, and I had the most similar interests with him... (April, Beau, Ivette and Sarah came in a close second) (gonna go post my idea for the 'compatability' test in another thread)

ok, so we know everyone has a pair/friend in the house... how will that play out? We know last season when Natalie/Adria were both finally in the house, the others were set on eliminating at least one of them immediately. No need for additional discussion here about BB5 personality conflicts, it just makes game-sense to cut off an obvious alliance. So... once everyone figures out everyone has a pair, how could it play out this season? Here are my quick thoughts... Once someone has their 'pair' evicted, they will become a 'loner', and will team up with other 'loners' to pick off other pairs. Two teams of 'pairs' will form a 'foursome' alliance, agreeing to go to the final 4 together. Anyone with more time/brains than me want to speculate further?
