at this time I'm not sure--I got one email about a vid --the problem is they deleted the file and didn't tell me which one it was. I had over 200 vid so I don't know which one it was.
2 days later my account was suspended but i received no email about it
I'm not contesting it--it would involve lawyers and stuff-
i'll probably go with veoh.com or dailymotion.com instead
veoh isn't totally safe either--i posted Celebrity BBUK episodes and they were taken down also
