JMac was my favorite and my guess was, getting ripped, Look at me!

I didn't think he would say "nasty teeth", and thought maybe once off camera, he had some time to admire the fruit of his workout labors over the summer  

Afterwards, i figured he used those words to throw off one or both of them off, and that's exactly what he will tell his patients and local media, I assume.  

LOL, joystick!!!  I'm seriously LMAO at your post.  If I could I would vote for you to be America's Favorite Poster for that! 

 

I just want to say, I thought Vanessa handled her eviction pretty well.  As for her throwing her vote to Liz, that's ok.  At least Liz got three votes instead of just one from her twin and one from her temporary boyfriend. 

 

I was amused at the general lack of enthusiasm by the jurors when Vanessa told them her big reveal.  They didn't seem to really care.  It was reminiscent of the response that Frankie got when he revealed who his sister is.  The HGs were mostly wondering who in the heck Ariana Grande is because none of the HGs were 14 years old. 

Too funny. Frankie's reveal was ridiculous. The kidnapped by a bird HG's reaction was hilarious though. However, I did enjoy Victoria. She was unusual. Actually, the non-reaction of the others was probably more hysterical.

The difference though is that Frankie drove that reveal. In Vanessa's case it was forced upon her. It was very undignified. I cringed for her.

LOL, Steve may be convinced that he would lose to her, but she is definitely not so sure.  Only 4 more hours left!  I will be so glad when this is over.

Until just a few minutes ago, I believed Vanessa would take Liz.  Now I think, that she thinks she needs Liz in jury for those 3 votes she wouldn't have if sitting next to Liz. 

Then again, her chances are better against Liz even without those 3 votes... right?

Now I want Vanessa to win part 3 just to see what she would do!  

Not really not really!!  I still want Steve to win the comp simply because I think him evicting Vanessa would be delicious TV.  

Steve knows Vanessa is a liar, so if he's stupid enough to believe her now, he deserves what happens.  That being said, I don't know why any of them ever thinks they need to forewarn someone about what's going to happen.  Expect the unexpected is sort of the motto of the show, but the HGs never seem to have bought into that. 

Ha ha. I'm not sure BB even buys into that anymore.  

Oh! Something just occurred to me.... 

Perhaps Vanessa will throw to Steve.  

She wants those 3 Austwin votes and as such, needs Steve to be the one to cut Liz.

If she won and took liz, that would be 3 votes she doesn't get. If she cut Liz, she may lose them too.

However, the chances are good that the Austwins will vote for her over Steve regardless of how it goes down.

She actually does want to be in F2 w/ Steve (maybe??) and she wants Steve to be the one to evict Liz.

It's quite a gamble, all in, so to speak, but she just might actually throw it to Steve!!!

I wouldn't want to assume myself smarter or dumber than the F3.  They're there, I'm not. All that matters is that they're there, not how they managed to do it... (to me, of course)

I don't care for any of them much personality wise, but if in the jury, i might very well vote for who i disliked the least. That would be Steve. Maybe Liz against Vanessa...

He may be some or all of those things mentioned, but Vanessa and Liz have their own list of adjectives.  People are people. All different. These 3 would never be friends if they didn't meet on BB, But they all had a goal, and by working together, they achieved it. Well almost for 2 of them...

*shouldn't have to say this, but this is just my opinion, of course...

If I were Vanessa and said "Steve, now that we have told Liz that we were taking each other to the Final 2, I would rather not be stressed out about the final HOH competition.  Just between me and you,  I am gonna throw Part 3 to you.  I know that you would not be a Grade A scumbag and change your mind and take Liz because you have already told her and me that you are taking me to the Final 2.  I will do this is to prove that I love you and trust you completely. This will also give you an added incentive to do the right thing and keep your word.  Because you know that your word is everything and you know how I feel about liars. I have never lied to you and never will. So how do you feel about this, Steve? "

 

 

P.S.  Little does Steve knows that Vanessa has already gotten Liz to promise to vote for her if Steve takes Vanessa instead of Liz. She has already gotten Julia's promise to vote for her, too.  She could probably count on Shelli, Jackie, James and Meg to also vote for her.  If this works, she will not have to scumbag Steve by evicting him, nor would she have to evict Liz and lose the twin's votes. Do you think that her little scheme will work?

Hopefully Steve's response to that will be, "Of course Vanessa, I've never lied to you either. Thank you for being such a wonderful mentor (cough!) to me. I'm number 2 to your number 1. Since the beginning!"  

Then win the comp handily and evict her.    (because of course, Vanessa certainly would not throw it, and if she won, would take Liz)

I actually think Steve is too excited to vote her out to change his mind at the last minute. And he sure as hell wouldn't buy that line of crap.  He's also convinced that he would lose to her and probably beat Liz. I really can't figure out how the jury will vote. 

I think of the F5, if Austin (barf) had made it to F2, he may be the only one to be a shoe in, because he would surely take Liz.

Don't have to wonder and speculate much longer!

Thank goodness no one close to me wants to be on BB. I'd hate to disappoint them, but none would be surprised.

I can't remember who else was a recruit.  Except for Basic Becky, who was actually mildly interesting.

I am sure you meant the 5 votes needed to win, since it will be a 9 person jury.  Well, there is the possibility that Jackie would vote against Steve, after all he put her on the block and got her evicted. Jackie may be a little bitter about that.  And I am not sure Vanessa will be woman enough to give Steve her vote after the epic blindside. Would any amount of explanation be sufficient to earn her vote after all the hard work she put in to bring him to F3?  But I would hope that Vanessa would vote for him anyway.  She should definitely be understanding, seeing how she would have probably blindsided him if she had the choice.  But all in all, I agree with you, joystiick, there is no way that I can see that Steve can't garner the votes he needs to win if he evicts Vanessa.  

Isn't she planning to do exactly that?

That had to be the worst BB episode ever aired! They couldn't have at least squeezed in the end of the 1st challenge??? They should have included part 2 as well!!! Was there a single thing original besides their stupid memory lane?? They could have at least shown diary rooms we haven't seen yet!  Barf Ugh Bah!!!

Now that it's down to just 3. I want Steve to win the challenges and be the one to evict Vanessa, taking Liz to F2.

My pipe-dream scenario is somehow Vanessa convinces Liz to vote Austin & then Johnny votes Steve and Vanessa still has to make that decision that she's trying so desperately to avoid.

Why not?  Everything else Vanessa is involved in gets convoluted beyond recognition.  

However, Vanessa may convince Liz to vote Austin simply because she doesn't trust that Jmac will, realizing there's a very good chance she'll have to tie-break anyway which is what I want the very most of all.  

I think Austin beats anyone in the F2

Vanessa likely beats Liz or John but maybe not Steve

Liz might squeeze out a win over JMac but loses to the rest

Steve beats Liz & John; it's a toss up with Vanessa

Jmac beats Liz if the stars align just right

Yeah. I can't imagine that he would really do that.... but i can't help but be nervous!  No! don't be nervous...no way he's gonna do that!  fingers crossed

I think it's probably all about personal taste. If another HG played the way she does and I liked them, I'd probably laugh & root for them all the way.

While I can appreciate Vanessa's game; she's got some mist alright! I just don't like her and want anyone of who's left to beat her, except maybe Austin. He's got the next best game after her, but i don't like him either.  

If I was on jury, I'd totally vote for who I like better, regardless of game. (That's you Johnny Mac!)

I compare it to hockey players I can't stand. I can be awed by how good they are, but hope they are never on my team because I think they're not good people. (imo or proven to be so...)

It seems weird that John & Vanessa would vote out Liz w/out telling her, going by past evictions. Besides, there is absolutely no reason or benefit to blind-siding her.
