I think Julie should have said "by a vote of 3 to 1 the coaches voted to enter the game"

We were totally expecting Frank staying in the game somehow. I think Joe will drop first. I hope Ian wins this but I think it will be Janelle because that is how Big Brother has been scripted this season. I'll still watch because none of my kids are in the Big Brother house or on the block!

Ian is a family favorite with us and we would love nothing more than to see him win the whole game. My sister in law is a nutritionist and she said this is a very bad idea for Ian to keep volunteering for slop. She also said that quite a few medical people wrote to CBS when slop was introduced and that's why they started adding the two additional foods for have-not folks. Those beds are just awful! Ian looked very very nervous at the POV Ceremony. I think there was a lot of stress that he might be the replacement, and now everyone is tossing him in front of a moving train. I sure hope he wins the next HOH.

We were never big fans of Janelle. It is interesting that she was the Number One Fan Favorite on her first season and now most people dislike her. Aside from her game play (or lack thereof) I am disturbed at many of the things she says and does, for instance playing up that she is a married lady with a kid and then acting like a spoiled teenager, says her husband would beat up whoever called her a name or something (I don't remember what the incident was) and then offering her wedding ring to Shane and Brittany. Who enters into marriage and takes the vows and does something like that on a game show and on national television. It just makes no sense. We (our family) have been pretty convinced that Big Brother 14 and the coach angle are just tailor made for Janelle to win so she does not go out as a 3-time loser.

We were all shocked that Brittany was chosen as a coach. In her season she was pretty much on the coattails of the Brigade and totally clueless (even as close as she was to Lane) as to the fact there was any alliance other than Brendon & Rachel. I remember her saying the boys had a "strong friendship". Brittany considered herself a super-fan so she should have known that meant alliance. I don't personally think anything Brittany says or does as a coach is effective. She's just taken the role to heart and her ego is puffed to giant size. My husband said if he were home watching his wife nag and berate Willie the way she did, and constantly nattering at Shane, she would come home to divorce papers sitting on top of her airbake cookie pans. My kids think she has a tapeworm because she eats constantly and stays so thin.

This certainly has not been Big Brother as we knew and loved it the past few seasons. While I disliked the idea of the coaches in the first place and I dislike them being even given the option to enter the game, I fear that is what will happen. However, if they are given the OPTION to enter the game it should come with penalty. Since they have had 3 weeks of a free ride , if they take the option to enter as a regular player they should be on slop for the first 3 weeks they are in the game, sleep in the have-not room, cold showers and the whole 9 yards. I also think it would have been much more fun if the producers didn't tell them about it before hand (I do not believe they are just guessing about coming into the game). Can you imagine the shock if this hit them tonight and they had about 5 minutes to decide to come in the game or stay coaching!
