I would have totally bought into Josh doing Paul's bidding when he won. But who knows? When he was talking to Alex and Jason last night he told them expressly that the conversation stayed between them. He didn't want Paul to know. We'll have to see what happens. I know it's a long shot, but if he could strike up a private deal with Jody it could work to his advantage.

Holy crap! Josh has Jason and Alex in the HOH room trying to sell them on getting rid of Elena instead of Jess. He's making some good points too. Keeping Jess keeps a bigger target in the house and keeps attention off of Josh, Jason, and Alex. The point is made that Elena dumped Cody, Jess, and Mark and she can't be trusted to be loyal. Plus Jess and Cody are alone in the game. Alex and Jason say they'll vote however he wants but I don't think Alex is really on board. My opinion is Josh should try and make a secret alliance with Jess and Cody. No one would ever suspect it. He can use his distrust for Elena as an excuse to keep Jess. Then Jess and Cody can target Paul or whoever, and everyone else will still be on the get Jody bandwagon. I don't know if it will work though. I think Paul will pressure everyone to get rid of Jess (unless Jess wins POV).

The first season of Survivor was the best. Heck, they were eating rats to get by. You're right, it's so predictable now.

Josh telling Elena he wants her as a pawn because she is a good competitor is funny. Elena had a good point when she countered that if he wanted a good competitor he'd go with Paul or Alex. Which is true because they actually have won comps.

If it was thought through Paul would have used the veto on Jess. One of her stipulations was not to treat Cody bad before eviction. But they couldn't control themselves and Jason had to go through one more campaign against Cody during veto. If Paul had saved Jess , and/or they didn't attack Jody, she may have let Cody go. If she did go back on her word and saved him we would still be in this same predicament as now. But there was the chance to boot Cody. Like the song says... paranoia will destroy ya!

He is, as much as I don't like him. I've seen on other sites where people are calling on him (and Paul) being removed from the show. That's a little crazy. I wouldn't think CBS would ever do that. They may start scripting it different to save face though.

Give it a break, you women constantly criticizing Jess for her looks make you sound jealous. I know all of you will deny it, but that's how it looks to me. Jess is better looking than all the other women in the house and I think that's where a lot of the animosity started. Did you see on last night's episode when Alex was telling everyone Jess was jealous of her? LOL! Really? Jealous of what? As for your questions, I have no idea why Jess wasn't penalized for not hopping or taking off the costume. I don't find it odd that Jody fell for each other. They're in a magnified environment and spend so much time together that these things just happen and seems to a lot. I also think it is disgusting that both Jess and Cody drink right from containers. You would think production would put a stop to it.
