  1. You haven't missed too much yet Marty. Mostly the two sides of the house split into their separate groups and trash talk each other but not much direct confrontation yet. The only reason drama started up last night was because Bronte pulled an Audrey and stupidly made up a lie to Victor that James was telling Natalie that Victor asked Nicole out. I'm thankful Bronte stirred up a little drama but what a dumb thing to do! If anyone mentions it to James then Bronte gets completely exposed. And I don't even see how Victor hating James is such an advantage for her...
  2. I think it was last Friday. The shower cam was showing her boob as she talked to Natalie from the shower. I guess if they are talking to someone while they shower, CBS can show their boobs or something?
  3. I feel bad for her that they showed her on the feeds topless, not because she accidentally slipped up but because they literally have a camera pointing over the shower door! The women can't even take a shower this season without their boobs ending up all over the internet.
  4. I'm one of the few Frank supporters here and always thought he was kind of an antihero in BB 14. He's sometimes crude and arrogant but it became kind of endearing to me after a while cause he kept surviving against the whole house week after week. I'm impressed with him so far this season. I think he has really smoothed out his game since last time. He's not trying to be the center of attention all the time now and is playing a strong social game and building relationships. He could go all the way.
  5. I agree Myss, I can't wait for him to be out of there. He's just a waste of space and does nothing but brag about himself while being completely oblivious to what is going on around him. He's not even the least bit entertaining on the feeds. The only thing he is good for is hopefully a good blindside Thursday.
  6. Meh. I'm an animal lover but I didn't get too up in arms about the goat. He was telling a story about something his stupid friend did while drunk and chuckling about it a bit. It would be different if the goat had actually been set on fire and he was laughing about that. He didn't say he participated or condoned the actions or anything. He is definitely not as clean cut as they portray him on the show though. He has a shady side for sure. And he loves Trump... but lets not get into politics here.
  7. I'm glad he's keeping his promise to be entertaining on the feeds because few people are this season. Hope he sticks around a while just for that.
  8. Don't get me wrong, I strongly dislike Amanda as a person. But I love good television and Amanda's super confrontational personality stirred up the drama like few I've ever seen. The season would have been much worse in her absence. I feel similarly about Shelly. Her incredible web of lies and manipulation that almost brought her to the end of the game was what made that season for me, far more than anything Rachel did.
  9. So the "confirmed" rumored list of returning players has been proven false; Vanessa is currently playing in the World Series of Poker, Derrick is making public appearances and Ian admitted he misled people to believe he was on this season. So we still have no idea who is returning. Put together your dream list of who you'd like to see again from the last few seasons? Not including the returnees proven false, mine would be: Nicole (Season 16) Amanda (Season 15) Frank (Season 14) Shelly (Season 13)
  10. The backyard in particular is beautiful. I like the rustic theme with the log furniture and the Yosemite backdrop. It's very different than anything they've ever done before and actually seems kind of out of place for BB but I really like it and the combo pool/hot tub is also cool! I'd be hanging out in that backyard all summer!
  11. Looks like Derrick and Ian have both claimed on Twitter that they are not returning this season so this rumor is kind of falling apart. The other major rumor out there is that Jordan Parhar from BB Canada claims he has sources confirming that Frank (BB14), Nicole (BB16), Da'Vonne (BB17) and James (BB17) are the returnees. I could live with those although I think D'Vonne is kind of a weak choice. Frank was a very polarizing bigger than life character that has been begging for a return though and Nicole was my favorite HG in BB16. And although James was no brilliant strategist, he gained my respect with some ballsy moves last season and also provided some good comic relief so I wouldn't mind seeing him again. I feel like Vanessa and Cody are possibilities too though with their siblings already being in the house and all... who knows at this point but the anticipation is killing me!
  12. Haha, her starting the interview saying her dream is to be a mathematician and that she is pursuing her PhD in math and then incorrectly answering Jeff's joke question of what is 9x9 was the biggest BB interview fail I've ever seen!
  13. Tiffany seems like the only strong player to me just from the interviews and half of that is because she is Vanessa's sister. The guys especially seem like a bunch of bores. I guess I expect Paulie to do okay though I'm no fan of his brother. Corey's looks and charm will probably take him deep in the game and Glenn will probably be good TV. Paul is a complete mystery. Some of these women seem a little nuts... especially Bronte and Michelle. Natalie is the standard popular prom queen type that often does well. Zakiyah has some potential I think but I need to see more from her before forming an opinion. If they bring back really skilled returning players, I see them running over the rest of this cast pretty easily, especially because not many of them seem to be very familiar with BB.
  14. She is really adorable and all but seems like a total non-entity as a player. She'll probably just be another Meg... probably even more of a floater than that...
  15. It's ironic that he is not Clay's brother because he is the same guy...
  16. I'm with you Marty, though we are a rare breed. I feel like if you find a really fun HG to watch then they are worth bringing back since such a small proportion of new HGs actually turn out to be that entertaining. I also can't think of any returning HGs that I didn't enjoy watching more the second time (okay maybe Janelle). My favorite seasons are returning player seasons (all-stars, season 13 and season 14). I'm looking forward to this season although BB Network is now reporting that the rumors about who is returning and the coaching twist may not be true after all...
  17. I was a big Vanessa fan and her sister seems like a softer version of her which could be very effective. Vanessa was a strategic mastermind but her main weakness to me was she was just too intense, emotional and bossy a lot of the time. If Tiffany has the strategic mind without the hard edge, she could be a force to be reckoned with. My worry is that the returning players will likely sniff out how threatening she is immediately and they will probably be targeting her very early.
  18. Hello friends at Morty’s, I’m just settling in for another summer of BB and just saw the confirmed rumors about the coaches happening again. I can already hear everyone threatening to never watch again already. Now I may be in the minority here but I like the THEORY behind coaches, at least once in a while. I understand it takes some of the attention off the actual contestants but it adds a lot of complexity to the game and I enjoyed watching the coaches interact with their teams in the first part of Season 14. UNTIL they made a complete mockery of the whole idea in what I consider the most unfair moment in the history of BB! Dan, down to one team member and on his last legs is given the option to FORCE all four coaches (who are doing much better) into the game. It was an absurd injustice that one coach could simply derail all of the other coaches and reset the game because he was losing. If they had simply offered all of the coaches an individual choice of whether to enter the game or not, I think it would have been a fine twist but I would rather have just kept the coaches as coaches the entire game. So I actually like the coaches concept but I really hope they don’t ruin it again this season. If they must allow them the option of entering the game, let them all make the choice individually. As for the coaches? Derrick? Oh yes! He is my pick for playing the greatest game of all time and anyone that gets to be on his team is blessed. Vanessa? Also a perfect coach! Her strategic mind has been well proven and she is a natural leader. Two great coach choices! Then we have… Ian? Meh… he won the game sure but never demonstrated that it was much more than luck and being the beneficiary of a bitter jury. I don’t see him as much of a leader and his social skills seem below average. Not the best coach. Then we have… Audrey? Really? AUDREY? What is she going to tell her team? Go spread as many false stories as you can and when you get caught in a lie go crawl in bed and refuse to speak to anyone until you’re evicted? I don’t get this choice at all. CBS obviously is just sending this loose cannon in for more crazy chaos but I feel bad for anyone that gets stuck on her team because her advice could really screw up people’s games. I just don’t get it. They should have saved her for another season. But who knows, maybe she’ll surprise us.
  19. I was really bummed Vanessa wasn't able to pull out the win. I really respect a player that can manipulate the house to the extent she did, whatever her more grating qualities might be. She was a hell of a puppet master and I think she is the greatest female player of all time, with the possible exception of Danielle Reyes. Like Jason said, she definitely didn't own her game in the diary room and that is too bad because she could have gained a lot of respect from the BB community if she'd been more open about her game play in there and made it more fun for us to watch her but it doesn't take away from her strategic accomplishments. I think Derrick had the same problem in the diary room but I consider him the best who ever played. I think they were both just trying very hard to protect their reputations (him with the law enforcement world and her with the poker and LGBT communities) which led them to be overly cautious about admitting to playing dirty and they just didn't trust people to understand it's only a game.
  20. I always come to the message boards after every season to see what people thought of the season and there are always threads describing this season as the WORST SEASON EVER. If that was true and every season was worse than the last, I don't know how BB would have survived this long. Every season the fans put on their rose-colored glasses and wish this season was as exciting as past seasons. I think it is very rare in BB history for the final weeks to be as exciting as the first weeks. Numbers are dwindling and alliances are pretty stable by the final weeks and it comes down mostly to competitions so the feeds become dreadfully dull. This happens almost every season. I don't remember a final week ever that the feeds weren't mind-numbingly dull. Derrick and Andy had the game so locked down the last couple seasons that those were much worse actually. At least this season, the outcome was in doubt and there was a pretty huge upset. And this season started strong. The feeds in June and July were quite entertaining and I thought the season didn't start to lose steam until after the Shelli eviction. I'd say this was definitely the best season since Season 14.
  21. Yeah I gave up thinking it was an act a long time ago. He is a mess and not in a good way like Audrey and Van. I don't dislike him as a person but I get no joy out of watching him bumble his way through each day while everyone belittles him. It just makes me feel sad. Will someone please evict him and put him and us feedsters out of our misery?
  22. Why do they keep taking her peeps?! Oh that's right, cause she's playing a game where everyone tries to take out each other's peeps!
  23. Better win veto or it's bye bye Becky. Hope you don't take another train to the face on your way out.
  24. Yeah, great timing right? She couldn't keep her mouth shut for just a few more hours?! I can't seem to make up my mind on Van because sometimes she picks these fights or has an emotional meltdown at the worst possible times and she seems like a complete imbecile and other times she seems completely brilliant, like one of the best strategic players ever. All I know is that I can always depend on her to liven up my feeds and it is appreciated.
