  1. If they actually showed the post eviction coversation to Shane, it gave Danielle an unfair advantage, although it probably would not have mattered. Shane will not blame himself, even 50%, for being dumb about letting Danielle put him up, which is human nature. Pawns can and do go home. It's a half a million dollars and Dan is playing to win it, not to give it away. Shane got played. It's happened how many times in BB? People get played. It's the game. Peeps in that house go back on their word all the time. Dan wasn't the first, he won't be the last. Most of them would have stepped over Dan in a heartbeat to get to the end. I would love to see Dan win, but it is probably not going to happen due to bitterness and emotions. I would probably be bitter too if I realized I had been outplayed and blindsided, I just hope I would be bitter at myself also.
  2. IMO, last night was a BB classic and the best episode I've ever seen. Dan has worked his butt off, whether with morals I agree with or not, to stay in this game. Again this is my personal opinion: I think that Dan is the #1 BB player of all time now. Sadly, he will probably not win it. I can't see how he would have jury votes unless they put their hurt feelings and emotions aside to see that they were played by a master of manipulation.
  3. Don't feel bad, I was wondering the same thing.
  4. Thought Joe was so annoying in the beginning, but there seems to be more to him. I was mistaken about him and hope that he doesn't vote to keep Mike. Surely he won't?
  5. I agree that it is horrible. The first thing I thought, regarding his comments about Dan's wife, is that it sounds like a terrorist threat and they should be sending him out with the proper authorities waiting at the door to take him in. It is an awful line that he has crossed and speaks volumes about his moral character, or rather lack of. There should be a penalty vote, at the very least, for the admitted cheating. I've been quite disgusted by the reset that came before the eviction. No matter who had been on the block, it was clearly manipulation of the game by CBS. This is the first time ever that I DVR the live shows and don't watch them for days. Almost all of the BB After Dark shows are deleted without being watched. In the older days I would be waiting on the sofa with popcorn and a pop 30 minutes before it started, on pins and needles waiting to watch. Not anymore. The constant recycling of past houseguests has taken a lot of the enjoyment out of the game, IMO. Seeing the same people on multiple seasons is boring. They really need some fresh people running the show before it goes down the drain. The concept is too good to have it ruined this way. (Rant Over)
  6. The rude goodbye message was uncalled for at this early point in the game.
  7. My CBS channel went out during Porsche's speech, no other channel, just CBS... go figure. But I did get to see him show out when he was sent packing. Words fail me. Kind of. When he said he would have won it Julie's laugh sounded like she thought it was really, really funny that he thought that. Also saw Julie tell him thank you for sitting down in his chair, they were running out of time, something to that effect...he was acting worse than my 18 mth old toddler grandchild when she gets sugar. That guy went from okay to terrible to watch in the last week or so. I missed that Wildcat. Am so upset that my channel went out and I don't even have it on DVR to re-watch now. I do think that Adam has quite the temper though, it always seemed to be just below the surface.
  8. I respectfully disagree that the post you are talking about was removed because you posted tough thoughts about a houseguest, but that they were removed because it talked about "the short bus". That is generally seen as a put down to mentally disabled people. I think it would have been removed no matter which housequest it was said about.
  9. LOL, Arrowhead. Not a chance. Hoping the rumors of her being evicted are real and that we've heard the last of her. Forever.
  10. The other night on BBAD Kalia managed to be even more annoying than usual. Note: I tape BBAD and watch as much as a couple of days later, so I'm usually behind. Kalia talks about Alaska trip and sled dogs.... Her attitude toward animals is despicable and borders on vicious. She talked about such things as how the dogs are debarked when they are puppies, described what they sound like and ended that part with, "It was so funny". Funny? Really? What is funny about debarking a dog or how they sound afterward? Considering that she never shuts up, I can't help wondering how "funny" she would think it was to be debarked and left with only a remnant of her ability to speak. (Disclaimer: Insert sarcasm. I do not wish her or anyone harm) She described the dogs living in cages. She explained the pole they are chained to and how they get the privilege to run around it in cirlces. She shares about her mushing trip and the dogs having to stop for water. She laughs that she was like, "No! Keep on mushing". Rachel made comments such as why not treat the dogs like people. Kalia kept repeating that they are working dogs as if the treatment that she describes, with a smile on her face most of the time, makes it all okay. Rachel's concern was moving and I see her in an entirely new light.
  11. Did anyone else catch Kalia's remarks to the houseguests, last night, BBAD, about abusing her dog? It was BBAD and I think it was about the time they sat down at the table to eat chips and play cards. She was busy shaking her hair, playing with her hair and generally grossing me out because she was doing it over the table that they eat at. (Although the tops in gross things last night was Rachel blowing her nose and then laying the soiled tissue on the table, ugh) She said something to the effect that: I wish you could see (insert her dog's name) so you would see I am not an abuser (or maybe she said so you can see that he isn't abused) So you could see how he his. Makes me think they have said things to her about it. If they did, good for them.
  12. Quotes from thread on Shelly that was archived: lvgal, on 28 August 2011 - 12:31 AM, said: Did anyone just see Shelly weaving back & forth on the bar chair in the kitchen.......is she on something? Then someone else replied with this: I think she's been withdrawing from something since she got in the house, maybe like Amber BB8 went cold turkey off Meth. ____________________________________________________ I have been thinking that she is on something. She either seems to be going 100 miles an hour or her eyes can barely stay open. Someone said she was acting manic with the cleaning and I thought the same thing. She was cleaning like a madwoman then griping about doing it. I wondered then if she was on some kind of stimulant. She drinks a lot of coffee but her "up" times seem a little excessive. I saw her looking like she was going to fall off the bar stool last night too and thinking she was either really tired or she takes some kind of heavy meds. I know she was hurt so was also thinking maybe they gave her a narcotic pain reliever. But, there have been many times when she looked like she was going to pass out or fall asleep in a conversation. This is just my opinion and the way I see her, but it would explain many things. I am NOT saying she is on something, just what I have thought at various times this season. The article about people threatening her family is plain crazy. Frightening stuff.
  13. Hi everyone I was up late last night and watching BBAD. Brendon's behavior was intimidating IMO. I guess Rachel is okay with it but it would have been "see ya later" if my husband, or any boyfriend, had spoken/acted in that manner toward me. Granted Rachel can be something else at times, nobody deserves to be treated that way. It seemed like he was messing with her head. He was hollering then telling her to be quiet. Telling her to sit down, to sit up, etc. Controlling. Creepy. I actually jumped when he hit the bed and thought for a split second he had hit her. Last season, if I remember correctly, he bowed up to Brittany (the girl from Arkansas?) in a manner that made me uncomfortable, although yes she was speaking meanly to him at the time. I guess I just come from a place where it is never okay for a man to be be physically intimidating to a woman and in my opinion, from what I can see, he is that way. Then I see on the front page here that Brendon says he thinks that Rachel has Post Tramatic Stress from last season????? Give me a break. That's a slap in the face to people who really do suffer from PTSD. IF she did have it then it would be more likely from the actions I saw from him last night. The thing is she didn't seem bothered much by the way he was acting last night. Either she is used to it or he just has a bad temper and acts like this away from the cams and she thinks he would not take it to another level. Who knows. All in all, in my opinion, his behavior last night was not cool.
